Been officially working under other known wedding planners and day of coordinators for the past 5 years as their lead.     I can’t say enough amazing things about our wedding coordinator! She did such an incredible job bringing my Pinterest board to life and making everything I dreamed of come true. While planning a wedding is a grand undertaking, it isn't a journey you should have to take alone. You keep the creative vision, while we provide the flawless structural support to ensure every detail is executed perfectly. We collaborate months in advance to refine your logistics, customize a timeline that you want, pre know everything in advance so there are no surprise day of.
Peace of mind and presence. On your wedding day, you shouldn't be acting as an exhausted event producer. Our ultimate goal is to shield you from the logistics so you can fully immerse yourself in the joy of your celebration, knowing every detail is expertly managed by a team you trust.
Venue coordinators are wonderful, but their primary loyalty is to the venue itself (managing the building, the staff, and the in-house food). A private coordinator works exclusively for you. We oversee all outside vendors, manage your personal timeline, handle setup and teardown of your personal decor, and troubleshoot personal logistics that fall outside the venue's scope.
Yes. When you hire us, you get Tam by your side through the entire process. We do not double book weddings on the say day just to hand it off to an assistant on the morning of your day. Tam will be there from the first initial planning session to the final midnight teardown.
Traditional "day-of" coordinators step in just a few weeks prior to the wedding to execute a plan you made entirely on your own. Our approach is entirely different. We don’t believe in being hands-off until the end. Depending on the package you choose, it can start from 3 months - over a year prior. You customize your own package to what you need
