“Where do I even start? For 20 months, we worked with Hanna. She is hands down the best coordinator, planner, and content creator, and we are so happy we chose to work with her. We initially booked her for day-of coordination and content. From our very first meeting, I could tell how incredibly knowledgeable she was and that I could trust her. As we started planning, we quickly realized how helpful she was, so we upgraded to partial planning, which was one of the best decisions we made! She became such an invaluable resource throughout planning. No matter how many questions I had, she was always quick to respond, even outside of her normal hours. We had monthly meetings to make sure we were on track. She helped us with design decisions, recommended where to order things, and even shared discount codes. She also took certain tasks, such as designing our menus, completely off our hands. Hanna helped us book our last few vendors and took the lead on communicating with them. We also hired her for content for our rehearsal dinner. Although she was not in charge of planning it, she still offered to bring the welcome sign stand as well as tapered candles for more decoration. She also took pictures of us and our guests, which was really nice not having to worry about doing it ourselves, so we could be fully present. On our wedding day she brought the box stand for our signage, which was one less thing we had to worry about. Since she was doing content for our day, Kaylee and Melissa took over the coordination, and they did such a great job making sure everything was on track! Moments before walking down the aisle, I realized I forgot to reapply my lip gloss, and Melissa ran to get it for me in time. I was so grateful! The content she captured from our rehearsal dinner and wedding day was amazing! She got photos and videos back to us within 24 hours, which was so sweet to be able to relive those moments so soon after. Hanna genuinely went so above and beyond, and we are forever indebted to her. You will absolutely not regret working with her!”

“Jocelyn and Bailey did an excellent job coordinating my wedding. Jocelyn did a great job preparing us for the day ahead of time and making sure we had everything lined up. On the day of, they did a wonderful job setting up, running the show, and tearing down / cleaning up. My goal was for myself and my family and friends to just be able to show up on the day and not have to do much of the work. I will say we definitely accomplished this goal. Their assistance was worth every penny and I would recommend them to any couple getting married. We chose the sun package and if I could change anything I would have upgraded to a more inclusive package to ease the planning stress even more. You wont regret the money spent here.”

We hired Alex's team to be our day-of coordinator, but she was always available to be our advocate or simply tell us we weren't crazy and that was in fact not the way things should be done when we ran into issues. On the wedding day, her team put out fires that we never needed to worry about and put in extra work after our wedding day while we were on our honeymoon advocating for us to resolve issues with vendors that didn't fulfill their commitment on our wedding day. Outside of the great work her team did on the day of the wedding, Alex was a huge support for both of us throughout the day just being a human that cared about us and not a wedding vendor that has a contractual obligation. “We shopped around a bit for a planner before landing on McKayla and her team over at Shaded Spruce Events. Even though we only booked the partial planning package, it felt as if we had a full planner on our side. McKayla made an effort to meet us on our level and elevate ALL of our ideas into a reality. McKayla took most of the logistical planning out of our hands, which allowed us to focus on the fun things. She also helped us settle on and refine the design of the event, and she gave really great ideas that we probably wouldn't have though of on our own. Her recommendations for vendors was also super helpful, and we were very pleased with the ones that we booked. She quickly figured out what we were looking for and how we operated and catered the planning to fit what we needed. With our package, we were also able to utilize a lot of additional decor and services that Shaded Spruce provides, which really added to the overall design of the event. On the big day, we didn't see much of McKayla and her team beyond what was needed, but we knew they were working hard to make the day perfect because the day went perfectly from our perspective! Not only did the event look perfect, we were also extremely satisfied with McKayla and her team's communication. We were always in the loop about what we needed to do and where we needed to be without it feeling overwhelming. At the end of the night, she handled the organization of the tear down, which allowed for the two of us to head out without having to worry about it. Overall, working with McKayla and her team was a true pleasure. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is even thinking of getting a planner. “We hired Paige as a Day-of Coordinator, but she went above and beyond and felt like so much more. We loved being able to meet with her 3 months out and 1 month out to explain our vision and ask many questions. “Madelyn was my day-of-coordinator and she was amazing! We met up multiple times before the big day. She contacted all the vendors, lined up deliveries, set up and decorated, ran rehearsal, cleaned up and packed everything up and kept the timeline on point. It was a hectic day as there were numerous large events happening at the same time/day as our wedding. Vendors had issues with traffic and parking and multiple were late and she was able to smooth things out to where we barely noticed any delays or any hiccups in our day. “Having Reagan as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made in regards to our wedding! I was a bit lost in the beginning of as to what the coordinators role was vs mine, especially since I struggle to delegate normally! Reagan was so helpful and clear into what our next steps should be, and what she would take care of etc. What I was absolutely amazed by was how she did it with such ease. She completely took the stress away which was the most incredible feeling, especially the week of our wedding! Our biggest concern for our wedding week was transportation, especially since about 80% of our guests were flying internationally, and also due to location of wedding not having any Uber's... We had hired on a transportation service who Reagan then managed. Myself and my husband didn't have to worry about it at all, for the whole week! It was amazing and it ran so smoothly thanks to Reagan! On the actual wedding day, Reagan made sure that we were able to just enjoy ourselves, and she did everything behind the scenes (managing the timeline, setting up the reception just to my vision, communicating with other vendors etc.) The whole day, where I had expected to feel stressed and worried about everything, I instead felt SO relaxed. It was the strangest, yet most incredible feeling to just be able to enjoy the day which you've spent a year planning. We will forever be grateful for Reagan's help, and looking back at our wedding day makes us smile so much. It truly was perfect.
