“I honestly don’t even know where to begin. Our experience with The Lakehouse—especially with Daniella—was nothing short of incredible. From the very start, when we were just debating whether to choose them as our venue, they were beyond helpful in finding a date and time that worked best for my now-husband and me. We're from Massachusetts but currently living in Arizona, so you'd think planning a wedding from across the country would be difficult. Not with Daniella. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt like I was getting the full red carpet experience despite the distance. She was always available to hop on a call, pulled strings behind the scenes to make everything perfect, and honestly felt more like a best friend throughout the entire process. I seriously begged her to just join the party at one point! If you’re on the fence about choosing The Lakehouse—do it. It’s worth every single penny. I could list a million things that went wrong during the overall planning process and even on the wedding day, but none of it had anything to do with Saphire Event Group. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Aubre and Cortney. While I didn’t work with them as closely as I did with Daniella, I met them the morning of the wedding and they instantly made me feel comfortable and welcomed. They advocated for me when I needed it, provided reassurance, and made me feel like I was their top priority the entire day. And yes—it rained on my wedding day. But I loved this venue so much that being inside didn’t even faze me. The transition from the outdoor setup to the indoor ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception was absolutely seamless. I honestly don’t know how this team operates with such perfection, but I’m telling you—they do. Thank you all for making me feel so supported and at home during one of the most vulnerable times in my life. And Daniella—a huge thank you for all your care, support, and empathy during the MAJOR bumps in the road. I truly don’t know what my wedding day would’ve looked like without you, I probably would've convinced Bryan top elope instead. One hundred time over, thank you SOO much Daniella, you're made for this. Your humanity went a long way for me and its because of you my day was perfect. LOVE YOU ALL!!! ps.. I'd like to add how attentive the servers and bartenders were. I saw them very little, however, when I did encounter them they were super kind and there to do one thing - amazing customer service. I only heard positive comments about EVERY staff member at The Lakehouse. I also cannot forget the chief, I was so overwhelmed by guest raving how top tier the food was. “Jon smith is hands down the best DJ you could possibly pick for your wedding. He really gets the audience going with his upbeat music and his crowd pleasing games. From day 1 he was so easy to work with and very personable. We had a phone call with him to start and it felt like talking to a friend. He is such an outgoing and great dude. He takes the initiative and always follows up on emails and confirming everything is perfect. We highly recommend visiting him at his office for the second meeting instead of a call/virtual. We had a great time chatting and joking while listening to music with him in person. He gave recommendations on mom/son dance, first dance, father/daughter dance etc. We listened to a ton of music and just hung out for awhile. He performed at Lakeview Pavillion and had a beautiful setup in the corner of the smaller sized ball room and was very professional. His 2 staff members were great as well. He mc’ed the event and knocked it out of the park… Ask Jon to do the towel/guests dancing around the chairs game and thank me later! It’s been 4 months and guests are still saying how much fun they had at our wedding and that the music was dead on ALL night! Jon is the man for your wedding. “From our initial facetime with Kelsey, to our engagement shoot, to our wedding day, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had a phone call with Kelsey 1 week before the wedding just so she could triple check we were all on the same page about wedding day. She created a tailored day of schedule for us which did not feel rushed. We always felt heard by Kelsey about how we envisioned the day. She gave us space but was still able to capture magical moments. She had such a calming presence during what can be a chaotic day and made us feel confident and our best during our portraits. Kelsey's second photographer Elyse who was working with her was also wonderful. She has a romantic, documentary style which appears effortless but still gives instruction on how to pose during portraits. She also got our sneak peaks to us in record time and was able to provide a generous amount of sneak peak photos just 2 days after our wedding. She estimated our full wedding gallery would take 8-10 weeks but we were pleasantly surprised when our wedding gallery arrived within 7 weeks and on my birthday! What a pleasant surprise and the wedding gallery was tailored, comprehensive and not overwhelming to go through. Our favorites ended up being from the sneak peaks speaking to how well Kelsey was able to comb through all of the photos and pick the best ones. We can't recommend Kelsey enough if you want a timeless, romantic documentary style photographer.”

“Becky was amazing from start to finish. We got the sapphire package. This was eight hours of photography and videography a full length video and 3-5 sneak peeks within 72 hours of wedding day. The engagement photos went off amazing. We were so excited for our wedding photos. Wedding day came on point. Becky and her team were phenomenal. They did a couple pose shots. They did a lot of candid. We did some nerdy Star Wars themed photos and everywhere I looked. There was a photographer or Mac who is doing a video anytime. I saw something that I wanted captured if somebody wasn’t already getting it they were immediately on it the quality of photos we got back for our sneak peek(156 photos btw with more to come!) was breathtaking. She was super responsive to text messages. Emails phone calls. “My husband and I got married at Barker House this past weekend and had an excellent experience! We were initially interested in Wedgewood’s all inclusive style and then fell in love with the charm of the Barker House venue. The staff were very helpful and eager to step in where they were able. There were many house decorations the coordinator helped set out for us. She even handled some of our signage for us! We chose the elite package, which included most vendors. Seaside Florals and Guilty Bakery were both great to work with. Selecting options included with our package and purchasing add ons was seamless. Both vendors are very familiar with the venue, which made day of set up/drop off effortless for us as the couple. Overall, I would highly recommend Barker House for a couple looking for an all inclusive venue. We feel that we got a fantastic value, especially given how easy the planning process was for us. Our wedding was a blast and we got numerous compliments from our guests. The food and drinks were delicious! Our coordinator, Nicole, was so helpful! Party was great! 10/10 wedding and planning experience!”

“Sophie was a light during all of our interactions with one another! From the beginning with negotiations, to the final products, she was always attentive and so so easy to work with! When we first reached out, I had a million and one questions (frazzled bride haha) and she was so patient with me! On top of that, she was so accommodating! There were things that I would ask for that she may not have had access to immediately (i.e. a drone, 2nd shooter, etc.) And she would admit to not having these things, but no less than an hour after our correspondence, she would come to me beaming saying "We have a drone now!! We have a second shooter!!" She was always willing to do whatever it took to get the job done, and I absolutely loved that! Her attention to detail during the wedding meant the world to me and my now-husband - he can be a bit shy, but Sophie and her co-shooter Tim were so patient and kind! They got all the shots that we wanted and then some! Our final products were amazing - my favorite part was how receptive Sophie was to feedback! In the end, everything she produced was breathtaking, and boy did we shed a ton of tears while watching! Open and honest throughout the process especially if delays were to be had, we got all of our products in a beyond reasonable time, and now we have a keepsake to remember our wedding for days to come. I cannot recommend Sophie (and Tim!) enough. How lucky we were to have them be a part of our day 3”
