I am so glad you found your way here! My name is Steph (it's lovely to meet you!). I was born and raised overseas in Sri Lanka and moved to the beautiful PNW for college and decided to stay. The world and the people in it are too beautiful not to be art - so here we are creating art out of the beautiful moments you and your lives bring into being. Besides taking photos, I am a big fan of milk tea, hedgehogs, my kid and husband, sleeping in, summer, curry, and friends to share it with. I would love to hear more about you and your story and how I can help document some of your beautiful moments!

100/10 — Stephanie Was Absolutely Incredible! We honestly cannot recommend Stephanie enough! From start to finish, she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was kind, patient, professional, and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera—which is no small feat! Our photos turned out even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Stephanie captured not only the big, important moments, but also all of the little details, emotions, and candid moments that made our day so special. Looking through our gallery felt like reliving the entire day all over again, and we will treasure these memories forever. What really stood out to us was how genuinely invested Stephanie was in making sure we had an amazing experience. She was so easy to work with, incredibly creative, and had such a wonderful eye for capturing the moments that mattered most. If you are looking for a photographer who is talented, thoughtful, professional, and truly passionate about what she does, BOOK STEPHANIE! You absolutely will not regret it. 100/10 doesn't even begin to do her justice. We are so incredibly grateful that Stephanie was the one who captured these memories for us!

Hi, I’m Samantha! I’m a Washington-based photographer with a love for documenting people exactly as they are. For me, wedding photography is about so much more than taking pretty pictures. My approach is relaxed, genuine, and centered around connection. I’ll give you direction when you need it, but I also leave plenty of room for you to simply be together and enjoy your day.

White Lotus Farm was an absolute gem of a wedding venue. We had an amazing experience working with their team from start to finish. On the big day itself, they were collaborative, communicative, and went the extra mile to ensure things went smoothly - like letting our less mobile guests use their golf cart to get around. For the quality of service and sheer beauty of the venue and grounds, White Lotus Farm is excellent value for your money. My husband and I could not recommend them more highly for your special event - they truly helped make our wedding a dream come true. Soul Siren
Rating: 5.0 (5 reviews)
  • Band or Ensemble
  • Starts at $1,500
  • Serves Port Townsend, WA

Soul Siren has been an entertainment powerhouse for over 20 years! The band loves to play weddings and has the reputation of being able to play something for everyone. Whether its 80's music, 90's hip hop, Lady Gaga, funk and disco, or music from the 1950's.. we cover it all and do it at a very high level. Our clients include The Seahawks, Boeing, Harley Davidson, Porche, Suncadia, the Grand 14 Yacht Clubs, numerous Washington casinos and hundreds of newlywed couples. Soul Siren includes, guitar, keyboard, sax, bass, drums, and everyone in the group sings too. The group can even cover a jazzy cocktail set and ceremonial music too.

We always knew we wanted a live band at our wedding, and Soul Siren absolutely delivered. They brought so much energy to the night and made our reception feel like a real celebration. They are incredibly talented musicians and performers, and having live music added something to our wedding that a playlist or DJ simply couldn’t have replicated. Our guests had such a great time, the dance floor was full, and we received so many compliments about the band throughout the night and afterward. Like any live event, there were a few little things behind the scenes that didn’t go exactly as planned, but honestly, no one noticed—Soul Siren are professionals and knew how to keep the night moving and make it work. My biggest piece of advice for future couples is just to be very clear and specific ahead of time about the songs that are most important to you and exactly how you’d like them performed. Give them that direction, and then let them do what they do best. We are so glad we chose Soul Siren. They helped create the fun, energetic, memorable reception we had pictured, and looking back, having a real live band was one of our favorite decisions we made for the wedding. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing live band for their wedding! *Photos by Nicole Aston

So glad we found Olivia to do our wedding cake. We are from Portland, and were married in Sequim where wedding vendors and a little more difficult to find. When I found Wildflower Cakes, I knew I found who was going to make my cake. Olivia was responsive and professional from start to finish. She asked the right questions and helped design my perfect cake. We had a cake tasting and consult where we chose our size, flavors, and frosting. Olivia provided us with information and helped us find the perfect flavor, size, and look for our cake. The days before our wedding were crazy busy and Olivia drove all the way out to my parents house to pick up flowers for the cake. She designed the most unique, beautiful cake ever and it was very delicious. We are still getting compliments from guests. Recently, on our 1 year wedding anniversary we enjoyed a slice of our wedding cake that we had frozen. We enjoyed it on the Oregon Coast sitting on a patio and it was still delicious!

My wife and I were looking for a wedding photographer and it was starting to feel like Goldilocks looking for the perfect photographer, until we found Amiran. It was amazing to review the photos she took and laugh together about how we never noticed her during the ceremony and never heard shutter clicks, yet she somehow captured our special day perfectly. I would highly recommend Amiran to any friend or family member. If you are reading this, do yourself a favor and reach out to her. I never meant to be a wedding photographer - but somehow, here I am. I started my career as a newspaper reporter, and left that to be a writer and photographer for a public university. Almost 10 years into my second career, I was laid off - so I turned some pretty sour lemons into Lemonade Photography. I'm a lifelong Northwesterner, a mom to two boys, a nature lover, a proud geek and quite possibly the biggest Harry Potter fan you'll ever meet (don't challenge me to a Potter trivia contest; you WILL lose). I love to laugh, and I love to make my clients laugh along with me.

Highly recommend working with Lemonade Photography! Our wedding was 5 years ago and we still have fond memories of working with Jill. She was great at capturing the feel we wanted, is super friendly, and easy to work with. Her communication is excellent, and you will feel very taken care of.

With my experience and adaptability, I'll help you create a warm, professional, and unique wedding ceremony. I'm dedicated to crafting a relaxed and joyful atmosphere that reflects your love story. I prioritize incorporating only the elements that hold deep meaning for you, ensuring your ceremony is a true reflection of your relationship and values.

We cannot recommend her enough. She was AMAZINGGGG! From the very beginning, she brought such positive, warm, and genuinely joyful energy to the entire process. It honestly felt like she was there as a family member who was so excited to celebrate with us, rather than a vendor we had hired. She was so fun, bubbly, and had the most infectious energy! She came to our rehearsal and was prompt, incredibly helpful, calming, and such a joy to have there. She immediately eased our nerves and made sure we felt completely prepared. She answered every question we had and made the entire process feel so easy and organized. She also went above and beyond in so many little ways. She gave us a folder with a copy of our ceremony script, a beautifully typed copy of the prayer that was read during our ceremony, and took such good care of our vows. She checked in with us throughout the entire process, was always available to help with questions, and even took the time to look over our vows individually to make sure we were on the same wavelength while still keeping them personal and meaningful to each of us. On our wedding day, she made us feel so comfortable, supported, and celebrated. You could genuinely tell how happy she was for us, and that made the ceremony feel even more special. If you are looking for an officiant, seriously, look no further. We could not recommend her enough. She is organized, thoughtful, incredibly caring, and just an absolute joy. We are so grateful she was part of our wedding day!

SGS Events + FLORAL

At SGS we are committed to sustainability in every bloom we curate. Our in-house inventory is thoughtful curated and shared to prioritize eco-friendly practices, from sourcing locally grown, in season florals to minimize waste.

SGS Events FLORAL did the floral arrangements for our rehearsal dinner and welcome party. Sarah was so communicative, transparent, and flexible throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and the floral arrangements she created were absolutely beautiful. I gravitated toward Sarah’s commitment to sustainability. She used recycled materials wherever possible, and even reused florals from a previous event to reduce waste (of course, checking to make sure this was okay with me!). I didn’t have a vision for the florals and somehow Sarah knew exactly what I would love. I couldn't have asked for a better florist to add beauty and warmth to our event.

Annaliesa (and mark) went above and beyond. They helped us set up and break down. Anna was determined to get things done to the point we had to actually make her stop and eat. She cleared out chair to make a dance floor. She even helped with our kids while we were running around and getting ready. Mark even made me a plate of food and made me sit down to eat in the middle of all the chaos. Which I really appreciated. They were on top of everything! And she got all of our pics back to us in less than 24 hours!! We love all our pics and are so thankful we have these memories captured.

I would honestly recommend just handing over their reigns and trusting them because what they came up with was so beyond anything I could have imagined. The flowers somehow ended up setting the tone for my entire wedding and cultivated such beauty for me and my guests. First Natalie and Jules created a vision board that somehow captured a vision I didn't even know I had, and then they brought that vision to life (beyond my wildest dreams!) Natalie's installation was the most beautiful thing that I have ever seen in my entire life. I actually cried the next day when she took it down. I felt like I was getting married in some sort of magical fairyland - it looked so alive and like it was growing out of the ground. We wanted every single one of our guests to walk under it as they took their seats and the ooohs and ahhhs could be heard from across the property. I have truly never seen anything like it before. For my reception I wore a flower crown that was designed and handmade by Jules. The crown made me felt like an actual princess. I love how it came across in the photos and how it matched the rest of the flower vision - and somehow matched my joy and love. The bouquets were stunning. The boutonnieres were simple and strong. The tables were magical. The amount of time and love they put into growing and sculpting (yes sculpting) their flower creations was so palpable and felt by all of our guests. These women are true artists and are amazing to work with. Their kindness and excitement for me made me feel so seen and supported, and the beauty that they created helped me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. I am tearing up just remembering it. Anyway, I cannot recommend them enough!!!!!

I recently got married at Kiana Lodge in early May. Our biggest reason was that they have a beautiful ceremony space whether it can be outside or inside. The day went as well as possible and felt seamless and stress free. Everything was so beautiful and our guests only had good things to say. The food was great and it felt like everything was taken care of. Our coordinator Pam did a great job at taking care of things and getting what we wanted to use ready day of.

Carolyn was amazing for our day. We had our trial a couple of months before the wedding and it went perfectly. On the day of she was very receptive to any changes and was willing to fix anything needed. Very kind and calm, I messed up and forgot to communicate that our timeline had moved up and she handled it incredibly well and got all 7 girls done in a timely manner and did an amazing job. All of the makeup held up great and I even got a little touch up kit! Highly recommend.
