Not only is this venue absolutely gorgeous but the managers are super organized and thorough while maintaining a relaxed and homey atmosphere. There were literally fields of blooming flowers on site. The parking and accommodations were superb. We were able to pull off the entire event at this one location, including ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception. It was perfect and the extra travel time, coming from Portland was totally worth it.

We are a husband and wife duo who love to capture your memories and the candid moments shared. With a passion for storytelling, we create timeless, heartfelt images that let you relive every special moment.

From our first meeting, Frame by Two, LLC made it clear they were going to be partners in our wedding day, not just photographers. Sanskruti and Kacper were both incredibly professional, and doing an engagement shoot with them beforehand made us feel so comfortable and confident by the time our wedding rolled around. On the day itself, Sanskruti was my best friend and hypewoman, making sure I actually remembered and enjoyed every moment, while Kacper looked out for my husband and kept him feeling great throughout the day. Beyond their technical skills, they genuinely reminded us to slow down and be present with each other, which meant the world. Their communication was clear and punctual every step of the way, and the photos they delivered are absolutely timeless and beautiful (these are just the sneak peeks too, can’t wait to see the full gallery!). We couldn't be happier with how they captured our special day.

Where do I even begin? Sarah is not just my wedding planner, Sarah has become of my friends through this months-long wedding planning process. When I first reached out to SGS Events, Sarah sent me a questionnaire that made it clear she wanted to get to know me and my fiancé on a personal level. Sarah is professional, while being open. She is calm, while assertive when necessary. She leads with her heart and this is shown in the work she does. Sarah went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our day what it was. From venue changes to guest count changes to typical family drama and more, Sarah handled each pivot and new challenge with patience and understanding. What began as a 30 person dinner turned into a 55 person welcome party, ceremony, reception, and after party. Sarah is the reason it went off without a hitch. Her communication with me was so natural. She was always quick to respond to emails and sending voice memos helped keep us both updated throughout the busier times of planning. Planning with Sarah didn't feel like a chore, but an experience. This is what I desired as I wanted to be a little more in the weeds on design stuff, but I know Sarah could easily handle all of the design herself. She has a beautiful eye for decor and detail. We were working with a brand new venue and Sarah basically worked with the venue to create brand new spaces that fit our vision. Sarah designed a new ceremony space in a wooded area on the property and a custom reception space on the lawn. She also designed our table-scapes using pre-owned decor that she sourced (she has a passion for sustainability that aligned so well with my values). She is also a talented florist and did the florals for our rehearsal dinner. We got so many compliments on everything. I mean, Sarah simply nailed it. I can't say this enough. On top of all of this, Sarah is just a beautiful person. Inside and out, her passion and kindness shines through. She simply loves people and she cares for her couples deeply. As an Indian bride, I felt so seen by her. Her Mexican heritage and traditions brought an inherent empathy for fusion and international couples and the unique challenges and situations multi-cultural weddings entail. My advice to other couples: 1) Hire the vendors Sarah recommends. She knows her stuff and things are smoother when your vendors know and trust each other. She recommended our caterer and it was hands down the best wedding food we've ever had. She has so many amazing contacts. 2) Try to hire Sarah before you even have a venue picked. She can help you scout it helps when your vendors already know the location. 3) You almost certainly need more than a day-of coordinator. I can't imagine going through all of this without Sarah, and I "only" held a micro-wedding. Hands-down the best money we spent on our wedding was Sarah.

I am so glad you found your way here! My name is Steph (it's lovely to meet you!). I was born and raised overseas in Sri Lanka and moved to the beautiful PNW for college and decided to stay. The world and the people in it are too beautiful not to be art - so here we are creating art out of the beautiful moments you and your lives bring into being. Besides taking photos, I am a big fan of milk tea, hedgehogs, my kid and husband, sleeping in, summer, curry, and friends to share it with. I would love to hear more about you and your story and how I can help document some of your beautiful moments!

100/10 — Stephanie Was Absolutely Incredible! We honestly cannot recommend Stephanie enough! From start to finish, she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was kind, patient, professional, and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera—which is no small feat! Our photos turned out even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Stephanie captured not only the big, important moments, but also all of the little details, emotions, and candid moments that made our day so special. Looking through our gallery felt like reliving the entire day all over again, and we will treasure these memories forever. What really stood out to us was how genuinely invested Stephanie was in making sure we had an amazing experience. She was so easy to work with, incredibly creative, and had such a wonderful eye for capturing the moments that mattered most. If you are looking for a photographer who is talented, thoughtful, professional, and truly passionate about what she does, BOOK STEPHANIE! You absolutely will not regret it. 100/10 doesn't even begin to do her justice. We are so incredibly grateful that Stephanie was the one who captured these memories for us!

Hi, I’m Samantha! I’m a Washington-based photographer with a love for documenting people exactly as they are. For me, wedding photography is about so much more than taking pretty pictures. It’s about preserving the way your day actually felt — the nerves before the ceremony, the happy tears, the laughter, the people you love, and all of those little moments happening in between. My approach is relaxed, genuine, and centered around connection. I’ll give you direction when you need it, but I also leave plenty of room for you to simply be together and enjoy your day.

Soul Siren has been an entertainment powerhouse for over 20 years! The band loves to play weddings and has the reputation of being able to play something for everyone. Whether its 80's music, 90's hip hop, Lady Gaga, funk and disco, or music from the 1950's.. we cover it all and do it at a very high level. Our clients include The Seahawks, Boeing, Harley Davidson, Porche, Suncadia, the Grand 14 Yacht Clubs, numerous Washington casinos and hundreds of newlywed couples. Soul Siren includes, guitar, keyboard, sax, bass, drums, and everyone in the group sings too. The group can even cover a jazzy cocktail set and ceremonial music too.

Hiring Soul Siren to play our 2023 wedding was the first thing we did after the date was set! We had a blast working with them on the set list, and they even learned a few special songs for our first dances. The dance floor was packed for the entire evening, and to this day we have guests telling us how good the band was and how much fun they had. Soul Siren not only plays amazing music, but the showmanship is incredible and they make everyone want to get up and dance. They tailor each show to the crowd, and they know tons of songs from many decades and genres. If I could rate them 10/5 stars, I would! Hiring them will be the best decision you make during wedding planning.

So glad we found Olivia to do our wedding cake. We are from Portland, and were married in Sequim where wedding vendors and a little more difficult to find. When I found Wildflower Cakes, I knew I found who was going to make my cake. Olivia was responsive and professional from start to finish. She asked the right questions and helped design my perfect cake. We had a cake tasting and consult where we chose our size, flavors, and frosting. Olivia provided us with information and helped us find the perfect flavor, size, and look for our cake. The days before our wedding were crazy busy and Olivia drove all the way out to my parents house to pick up flowers for the cake. She designed the most unique, beautiful cake ever and it was very delicious. We are still getting compliments from guests. Recently, on our 1 year wedding anniversary we enjoyed a slice of our wedding cake that we had frozen. We enjoyed it on the Oregon Coast sitting on a patio and it was still delicious!

I never meant to be a wedding photographer - but somehow, here I am. I started my career as a newspaper reporter, and left that to be a writer and photographer for a public university. Almost 10 years into my second career, I was laid off - so I turned some pretty sour lemons into Lemonade Photography. I'm a lifelong Northwesterner, a mom to two boys, a nature lover, a proud geek and quite possibly the biggest Harry Potter fan you'll ever meet (don't challenge me to a Potter trivia contest; you WILL lose). I love to laugh, and I love to make my clients laugh along with me.

Highly recommend working with Lemonade Photography! Our wedding was 5 years ago and we still have fond memories of working with Jill. She was great at capturing the feel we wanted, is super friendly, and easy to work with. Her communication is excellent, and you will feel very taken care of.

With my experience and adaptability, I'll help you create a warm, professional, and unique wedding ceremony. I'm dedicated to crafting a relaxed and joyful atmosphere that reflects your love story. I prioritize incorporating only the elements that hold deep meaning for you, ensuring your ceremony is a true reflection of your relationship and values.

We cannot recommend her enough. She was AMAZINGGGG! From the very beginning, she brought such positive, warm, and genuinely joyful energy to the entire process. It honestly felt like she was there as a family member who was so excited to celebrate with us, rather than a vendor we had hired. She was so fun, bubbly, and had the most infectious energy! She came to our rehearsal and was prompt, incredibly helpful, calming, and such a joy to have there. She immediately eased our nerves and made sure we felt completely prepared. She answered every question we had and made the entire process feel so easy and organized. She also went above and beyond in so many little ways. She gave us a folder with a copy of our ceremony script, a beautifully typed copy of the prayer that was read during our ceremony, and took such good care of our vows. She checked in with us throughout the entire process, was always available to help with questions, and even took the time to look over our vows individually to make sure we were on the same wavelength while still keeping them personal and meaningful to each of us. On our wedding day, she made us feel so comfortable, supported, and celebrated. You could genuinely tell how happy she was for us, and that made the ceremony feel even more special. If you are looking for an officiant, seriously, look no further. We could not recommend her enough. She is organized, thoughtful, incredibly caring, and just an absolute joy. We are so grateful she was part of our wedding day!

My experience overall was AMAZING to the last detail. Having multiple decades in the hospitality industry Thomas and Naomi made sure my vision for the wedding was carried out! The food was incredible (everything tasted so delicious and was presented wonderfully)! The bar was a great time for everyone, including a post wedding ramen bar!!! SGS Events + FLORAL
Rating: 5.0 (3 reviews)
  • Florist
  • Starts at $1,000
  • Serves Port Ludlow, WA

At SGS we are committed to sustainability in every bloom we curate. Our in-house inventory is thoughtful curated and shared to prioritize eco-friendly practices, from sourcing locally grown, in season florals to minimize waste.

SGS Events FLORAL did the floral arrangements for our rehearsal dinner and welcome party. Sarah was so communicative, transparent, and flexible throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and the floral arrangements she created were absolutely beautiful. I gravitated toward Sarah’s commitment to sustainability. She used recycled materials wherever possible, and even reused florals from a previous event to reduce waste (of course, checking to make sure this was okay with me!). I didn’t have a vision for the florals and somehow Sarah knew exactly what I would love. I couldn't have asked for a better florist to add beauty and warmth to our event.

Annaliesa (and mark) went above and beyond. They helped us set up and break down. Anna was determined to get things done to the point we had to actually make her stop and eat. She cleared out chair to make a dance floor. She even helped with our kids while we were running around and getting ready. Mark even made me a plate of food and made me sit down to eat in the middle of all the chaos. Which I really appreciated. They were on top of everything! And she got all of our pics back to us in less than 24 hours!! We love all our pics and are so thankful we have these memories captured.

We just had our wedding at Kiana Lodge and could not be happier with how it went! Everything about the venue is absolutely stunning, our ideal wedding vibe was romantic PNW forest and this was the perfect venue to match that vision. We've received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue and location are. The food was also wonderful, the apps and the dinner were prefect from start to finish, we got lots of guest compliments on the food too. Staff and bartenders were wonderful and guests had a lovely time with them. Last but not least, Pam!! Pam was our event manager and she made sure everything ran smoothly. She helped make our vision come true, and also made sure everything met my dietary restrictions (I have Celiac so food can be tricky for me!) We really appreciate how above and beyond she and her team went for us to make sure everything was what we dreamed of and more. We could not have asked for a better venue or team! (Also, it helps that we're big Twin Peaks fans, the first time we came for our tour was so special even just for that alone!)

On the day of she was very receptive to any changes and was willing to fix anything needed. Very kind and calm, I messed up and forgot to communicate that our timeline had moved up and she handled it incredibly well and got all 7 girls done in a timely manner and did an amazing job. All of the makeup held up great and I even got a little touch up kit! Highly recommend.

Hey there, I’m Nikki. I’m a wedding videographer based in the Seattle and Kitsap area with over 15 years of filmmaking experience. I take a documentary-style approach focused on real, emotional, heartfelt moments, not recreating movie scenes. I care more about your story than perfect poses, though I will still make you look great. Expect minimal posing, gentle guidance, and lots of authenticity. We’ll especially click if your style is: ✨ Quirky 🌈 Colorful 🌿 Natural ☀️ Bright 🗺 Adventurous If you value story over perfection we'll be a great fit. The weirder the better 🤍

Nikki did the videography for my best friends wedding. I couldn’t believe the final video, it was both beautiful and perfectly captured the emotion of the day. She made sure the whole process was fun too, we had a blast during the portrait session! I usually feel awkward and uncomfortable when being filmed but she made it fun and it felt natural. Now my friend will be able to remember and relive her special day forever. I wish I had used her on my own wedding and I’d recommend her to anyone looking to capture any important event. You will not be disappointed!!
