The Daisy Elopement

Description

No pre-planning sessions. You have your license and 2 witnesses. Fewer than 10 guests. I will perform a short pre-written wedding ceremony, assist with filling out your paperwork and filing it with the county clerk, and order a certified copy. You pay for any extra fees involved, including ferry, travel, parking, or tickets for entrance to your location. I require 24 hrs notice for this service, occasionally ,I may be available with shorter notice.

The Orchid - Monday through Thursday

Description

Everything included in the Daisy Ceremony plus: For medium-sized weddings, there are less than 100 guests, 6 or less attendants. 1 - 2 planning sessions to help plan your ceremony and customize your vows. Create a personalized ceremony catered to you. I can help include children, family, friends, or pets in your ceremony. You may include a unity candle, water, sand, or rose ceremony. You will receive a final draft of your ceremony 1 week before your wedding for your approval.

The Hibiscus - Monday through Thursday

Description

Everything included in the Orchid Ceremony plus: For larger weddings, more than 100 guests, an unlimited number of attendants. Unlimited planning sessions. An unlimited number of inclusion ceremonies i.e. Rose, Unity Sand/Candle, handfasting, etc. You will receive a copy of your ceremony as a keepsake, as well as a commemorative certificate.

    Brooke is the best!!!

    We cannot recommend her enough. She was AMAZINGGGG! From the very beginning, she brought such positive, warm, and genuinely joyful energy to the entire process. It honestly felt like she was there as a family member who was so excited to celebrate with us, rather than a vendor we had hired. She was so fun, bubbly, and had the most infectious energy! She came to our rehearsal and was prompt, incredibly helpful, calming, and such a joy to have there. She immediately eased our nerves and made sure we felt completely prepared. She answered every question we had and made the entire process feel so easy and organized. She also went above and beyond in so many little ways. She gave us a folder with a copy of our ceremony script, a beautifully typed copy of the prayer that was read during our ceremony, and took such good care of our vows. She checked in with us throughout the entire process, was always available to help with questions, and even took the time to look over our vows individually to make sure we were on the same wavelength while still keeping them personal and meaningful to each of us. On our wedding day, she made us feel so comfortable, supported, and celebrated. You could genuinely tell how happy she was for us, and that made the ceremony feel even more special. If you are looking for an officiant, seriously, look no further. We could not recommend her enough. She is organized, thoughtful, incredibly caring, and just an absolute joy. We are so grateful she was part of our wedding day!

You can contact me by phone or text at 1-360-332-9439 or e-mail. I will ask you a few basic questions about the type of ceremony you'd like and suggest that we meet to discuss your wedding plans. During our conversation, I will explain the different parts of the ceremony and answer any questions you may have.
In almost all cases, I will meet personally with you to discuss your wishes for the ceremony. In case of distance and convenience issues, everything would then be handled via phone and/or the Internet. All meetings are handled personally by Officiant Brooke Bakogeorge, who will be officiating at your ceremony.
In almost all cases a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required in advance by cash/check/Venmo/Zelle made payable to The Marriage Mate. Receipts issued at request.
Yes. Depending on your package choice, there may be a mileage charge. Any wedding over 3 hours from my residence will require an overnight hotel stay, which will be added to the cost of the wedding package.
I will perform ceremonies in reception halls, churches, in parks or lake fronts, restaurants, outdoors, on boats, at the beach, at private residences - wherever you like! Just be certain that you have acquired any necessary permits beforehand. If you require my presence for longer than an hour ceremony - for example, an afternoon on the lake on a boat - add $50.00 per hour for my time.

I begin by gathering some initial information and then arrange a meeting to delve into your specific desires for the ceremony. For weddings, this includes learning about your unique relationship and love story. Through these conversations, I develop a comprehensive understanding of your personalities and preferences, which informs the creation of your customized ceremony. You'll receive a draft of the ceremony, usually within a few weeks of your wedding, and are welcome to provide feedback and request any changes.
