This was essential
We would not have been able to pull off our 140 person wedding without the support, attention to detail, and logistics mastermind that was Aneshka! She was our Day of Coordinator, but her work extended way beyond and months before just the day of. She was a pro at handling our vendors and figuring out where everything should go and what the flow should be when we did our walk through at the venue. I couldn't recommend her and YPB as a whole, enough.

AMAZING
Shauna was our day of coordinator and was INCREDIBLE! She was so easy to work with throughout the entire planning process and made our day absolutely perfect! I highly recommend YPB for your wedding!!

Best Day Ever!!
YPB made our wedding planning experience so seamless, organized, and low-stress as possible. We worked with Jessica for our coordination package and she truly went above and beyond. She was easily reachable throughout the months leading up to our wedding, answering questions, setting up touchpoints, and providing recommendations from the wealth of experience that the YPB team has in the PDX area. We had the best day ever, and we were able to be present, enjoying our friends and family, not worrying about any logistics since Jessica had it all covered. Highly recommend. Excellent value and service.

You NEED YPB
Megan was our wedding day hero! We were originally matched with a different day of coordinator that wasn’t the right fit. YPB took time to hear what we wanted and needed, and re-matched us with Megan. After our first meeting with Megan, our stress levels drastically decreased. She immediately got to work sending us customized recommendations and resources tailored to our vision. She provided creative solutions to help us stay within our budget and was on board with all of our ideas. YPB offered a plethora of resources that addressed every detail imaginable, which was super helpful while we planned from states away. When stress would inevitably heighten throughout the planning process, Megan was a calm and steady source of reassurance and confidence. All the front end work allowed us to mentally clock out and be fully present on our wedding day. As a type A bride, I wasn’t sure I needed a day of coordinator. Now that we’re past the wedding, I wish I had hired YPB to plan the whole thing! Our day wouldn’t have been as beautiful without Megan’s tireless work behind the scenes. By the end of the night, she was on the dance floor with us and our guests celebrating the most incredible day of our lives.

Best wedding coordinator ever!
We worked with Eliza at YPB and she was absolutely incredible. We knew we wanted a day-of coordinator, but the level of attention and service she provided was above and beyond. Eliza was always organized, professional, and made the process fun throughout. She was a true advocate for us which we really appreciated, making us feel supported and like she had our best interest at heart when making key decisions. All of the tools she provided to us, vendor recommendations (we ended up hiring multiple vendors she recommended), contract revisions, and sanity checks were instrumental to keeping us on track. She was always highly engaged in our walkthroughs and meetings, and we could feel that she genuinely cared about everything going perfectly for us on our wedding day. Day-of, Eliza was the heart and soul of our vendor team. She executed our timeline with patience and an even keeled demeanor. She gave us the peace of mind to relax and be present in the moment because we knew there was nothing she couldn't handle. Once it was all over, we felt we'd gained a true friend in Eliza. She is a wonderful human being and we were so lucky to work with her. Thank you so much for making it the best day of our lives!
