Cate and the YPB team were incredible! Our wedding day went better than we could have ever imagined. As a Type A bride, I typically take a lot of ownership over events and get anxious delegating anything, but on my wedding day I truly felt like a guest. All of our needs were anticipated, the timeline ran smoothly, and our vendors were in sync. Leading up to the wedding day, every meeting with Cate alleviated pre-wedding jitters, and made us feel safe, secure, and able to be excited instead of nervous. These are the Navy Seals of wedding planners!!! CATE WE LOVE YOU!

YPB Day of Coordinator
Choose YPB was easily the best choice we made. While we thought we were just getting a day-of coordinator, we gained a complete planning partner. Cate helped us source and manage all of our vendors, kept everyone in constant communication, and helped us figure out our layout and decor setup. Her expertise and calm demeanor made the entire planning experience a breeze. Thanks to her hard work, our wedding day was completely stress-free, allowing us to just enjoy every single moment. This was essential
We would not have been able to pull off our 140 person wedding without the support, attention to detail, and logistics mastermind that was Aneshka! She was our Day of Coordinator, but her work extended way beyond and months before just the day of. She was a pro at handling our vendors and figuring out where everything should go and what the flow should be when we did our walk through at the venue. I couldn't recommend her and YPB as a whole, enough.

Best Day Ever!!
YPB made our wedding planning experience so seamless, organized, and low-stress as possible. We worked with Jessica for our coordination package and she truly went above and beyond. She was easily reachable throughout the months leading up to our wedding, answering questions, setting up touchpoints, and providing recommendations from the wealth of experience that the YPB team has in the PDX area. We had the best day ever, and we were able to be present, enjoying our friends and family, not worrying about any logistics since Jessica had it all covered. Highly recommend. Excellent value and service.
