With a background in wholesale logistics and marketing, I know that even the smallest detail can make a huge impact on the success of a project or event. I absolutely love to celebrate love, and I think every couple deserves someone in their corner to ensure they have everything they could dream of on their wedding day. From building your timeline and helping source vendors during the planning process to steaming linens and completing tablescapes on wedding day, I take pride in giving time and complete attention to even the finest of details.
Let's get back to basics here- wedding planning should be EXCITING! Today's couples are feeling bogged down by the weight of planning and researching every finite detail. You deserve a planning partner who will work with your unique vision and tailor their approach based on your needs. I am particularly passionate about working with couples who are building out their wedding from scratch or hosting on private property (foregoing some of the conveniences of an established venue), as I was in the same boat for my wedding in 2024. It’s not easy- sometimes it takes a village- and I am all about being a part of that village.

Working with Nichole Ross Events was such a breath of fresh air from start to finish. Nichole brought this infectious energy and best friend vibe to every conversation, making the whole planning process feel less stressful and way more fun. She had this incredible ability to handle all the details behind the scenes we could actually enjoy our day instead of worrying about logistics. Couldn't Have Done it Without Her!
I highly highly recommend Nichole for your day of planning!! I had Nichole for my wedding and we had 171 people and ALOT of prep! Nichole was so on it with the set up, and then during the wedding itself was so helpful and easily made changes as needed! I wanted to adjust some timing as things ran over and all I did was tell her and she took it from there! I could not have done this day without her and I highly recommend booking Nichole for your big day!
