About Made Merrily

Made Merrily Event Planning

Event Planning & Coordination

Made Merrily is a Snohomish County wedding planner and day-of coordinator serving Everett, Snohomish, Seattle, and beyond. I’m Savannah, a former interior designer who brings a designer’s eye, a type-A planner’s heart, and a genuine love for getting to know my couples to every wedding. I believe the best weddings are built on intention. Your day should reflect who you are, not just what’s expected. Because we connect well before the wedding, I can anticipate needs, advocate for your priorities, and handle every detail with calm and precision while you soak it all in.

Every package includes support from early planning through the wedding day, plus your own wedding planning portal to keep everything organized in one place. I work with couples of all budgets and offer custom packages, because great coordination is about care, not scale. I especially love working with detail-loving, type-A couples who have a clear vision and want a trusted pro to bring it to life with care. If that sounds like you, book a discovery call. I’d love to hear about your plans!

Best day of coordinator!! HIRE HER!

I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about Savannah. She went so far above and beyond anything we could have ever expected, and I truly believe having her as our coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding at Gray Bridge Venue. From the very beginning, it was clear how organized, prepared, and dedicated she was. At our rehearsal, she came with printed guides for every single bridesmaid and groomsman, making sure everyone knew exactly what to do and where to be. She thought of details that I never would have even considered, and it gave me so much peace of mind knowing we were in such good hands. On our wedding day, she was absolutely incredible. She handled everything behind the scenes so seamlessly that I genuinely did not have to worry about a single thing. I was able to be fully present, enjoy my wedding, and spend time with the people I love instead of stressing over timelines, logistics, or last-minute issues. That is exactly what you want in a day-of coordinator, and she exceeded every expectation. She was also in charge of all the set up of our decor and making sure everything was in the right place without any guidance and man did she kill it. I don’t know if I could have done what she did, everything looked amazing. But what truly showed us just how special she is was what happened when our videographer completely no-showed. Instead of simply focusing on her own responsibilities, she stepped up without hesitation and took videos for us so we would still have footage of our wedding day. She absolutely did not have to do that, and the fact that she took it upon herself to help preserve those memories for us says everything about her character, her heart, and how much she genuinely cares about her couples. She went above and beyond when she was already doing so much, and we will never forget that. A wedding coordinator can make or break your experience, and she made ours that much more special. She is organized, dependable, thoughtful, proactive, and the kind of person you want by your side on one of the most important days of your life. We are beyond grateful for everything she did for us, and I would recommend her a million times over to anyone getting married. If you want someone who will treat your wedding as if it were her own and go above and beyond to make sure you have the best day possible, she is your person. Thank you for everything — we truly could not have asked for a better coordinator!

    The VIP in wedding coordination!

Savannah was AMAZING and such a joy to work with. I honestly cannot say enough incredible things about her and working with her. She was everywhere and no where all at once, even when i had no idea she was around, everything went so smoothly and if anything was/ went wrong i had no idea. She made sure i was fed and calm, she brought my vision to life, and we had the most amazing wedding because of her. She truly cares about her job and her clients, the day is personal to her and she celebrates the day with you like she's your best friend. if you are looking for a planner or day of coordinator, SHE IS YOUR GIRL! Thank you so much for the most incredible day!!

    A Blessing

Sav did an amazing job from the first meeting to the end of the night. Every time I was worried or needed some clarification she was quick to respond and help guide me through it. She has amazing detail orientation and puts some much time and love into her work. Also the website she created was so helpful with keeping me on track as well as letting her know what I still needed to do. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else because the job couldn’t have been done any better.

Not the level of coordination we expected!!

I want to be honest about our experience because I think this is important information for other couples when considering a day-of wedding coordinator. I really enjoyed working with Savannah leading up to my wedding. She was very kind, responsive, and wonderful to work with during the planning process. I felt really confident going into our wedding day. Unfortunately, our experience on the actual wedding day was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. During the wedding morning there were several times when people had to go find her and ask what needed to be done during setup rather than her proactively managing the day. Some of the setup was not being done correctly, and thankfully my mother-in-law was there to step in and direct things to make sure everything was taken care of. After the wedding ceremony, I paid for our florist to take down the arbor flowers along with arbor linens. They realized there was no note or instructions on what to do with the arbor flowers afterwards so they went to Savannah to get some direction. Before the wedding day, I specifically told Savannah to go to my MIL first for clarification or to get questions answered, then come to me second. Instead of Savannah coming to either one of us on what we’d like done with the arbor flowers she told them she wasn’t sure and to just take them. I paid for those flowers (which are not cheap). I did not rent them so they could take them back. I had plans for those flowers they weren’t just going to get thrown away. I had reached out to Savannah about the flowers and she said she’d follow up with the florist and get back to me as soon as she hears back from them. I haven’t heard back from her and this was weeks ago so I followed up with the florist myself. We had our rehearsal walk through that Thursday prior which was one hour long. I get a text from Savannah saying sorry I’m running a few minutes late, which is totally fine. I get things happen and showing up a few minutes late isn’t unreasonable (in my opinion) but she ended up being 25 minutes late. Meanwhile she texted me saying to get things started myself until she arrives. Once she arrived there was no apology to our wedding party and family who were waiting on her. At the very least, she didn’t even introduce herself to everyone. Ultimately, our wedding day was perfect, and we are so grateful for the people who stepped in and helped make sure everything came together. We also completely understand that things can and will go wrong on a wedding day—that’s part of the reality of planning such a big event. This review is difficult to write because we genuinely loved working with her up until the wedding day and found her to be great. However, the day-of coordination was the part we ultimately needed the most help with, and we felt that our expectations in that area were not met.

Ava, thank you so much for sharing your experience, and congratulations again to you both! I'm so sorry about your arbor flowers. We had talked about me going to your mother-in-law with any questions, and when the florist came to me, I should have done just that instead of answering so quickly. I'm also sorry I didn't keep you updated post-wedding, and for my tardiness. I'm sorry that overall my coordination didn't meet your expectations. I've taken your review to heart and will be honing my process and craft over the off season. Moving forward, I'm adding a more thorough vendor debrief and information system before each wedding, requiring written floor plans and decor plans from all couples so the vision is shared and carried out the way they picture it, and holding setup team meetings going into the wedding day whenever outside help is involved. Thank you for being willing to share the hard things so I can continue to grow. I'm truly so glad your day was still perfect, and so grateful your family was there to step in. Thank you for trusting me with your big day. Wishing you all the best, Savannah

    Coordinator from Heaven

Savannah is a BEAST! She handled everything so well on the day of, I barely noticed anything going wrong because she just took care of it. She is probably the biggest contributor to how wonderful our wedding day was. I'm so grateful I found her on Zola and I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator. Thank you Savannah!!!

In short, everything that helps the day run beautifully. I arrive when your rental window opens to oversee setup, from tables and florals to signage and all the little touches. As vendors arrive, I hand out timelines and keep everyone in sync. Throughout the day, I check in with you both, cue entrances, speeches, and dances, and keep every transition smooth. At the end of the night, I oversee teardown so your family can enjoy the celebration to the last moment. You’ll also find a bag of late-night snacks waiting for you, because I know how little couples eat on their wedding day!
