Our process starts with you, listening to your story and your vision to translate it into an experience that feels personal and authentic. We love the PNW and showcasing it's beauty at our events, but we also love to travel and honor the local environments wherever we travel.

    Mary, a godsend

    From our very first meeting, we knew Mary matched our energy and understood exactly the vision we had for our wedding. That instinct turned out to be spot on. She took control from day one, coordinating with every vendor, keeping everyone accountable, and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. Her ability to think outside the box meant that when small hiccups came up, she had creative solutions ready before we even knew there was a problem. Her time management was incredible; the entire day ran without a single hitch. Throughout the whole process, she always made us feel like she was on our team, going to bat for us whenever it mattered. What stood out most was her can-do attitude. No request felt too big or too small, and she handled everything with confidence and warmth. Because she had every detail covered, we didn't have to worry about a thing. We got to just be present and actually enjoy our own wedding day. We can't recommend her highly enough. Thanks Mary!

    Invaluable wedding coordination!!!

    We worked with Mary though Finn Events and we truly cannot speak highly enough about her! We had to make an emergency venue change 5 days before our wedding, and Mary truly went above and beyond anything we expected. She was so calm, supportive, and communicative during a difficult situation, and pulled off a breathtaking wedding while minimizing our stress. She listened to our priorities, and her work allowed us to relax and just take in all the special moments. In particular, we were also very impressed with her people management – both with our friends/family and our vendors. Mary was fantastic in helping make sure all our guests were taken care and in the right place/right time while keeping all of our vendors coordinated with the last minute changes in our venue. There is no one else we would have wanted on our side, especially in what became a chaotic last-minute situation!!! She additionally has such a great eye for design, and helped us come up with an amazing creative vision for our wedding. We didn’t have a clear idea of what we wanted our wedding to look like, and Mary put together décor and table settings that were gorgeous and perfectly fit the vibes we were hoping for. Mary is a magic worker, and we wholeheartedly recommend her for any event.

    AMAZING Day-Of-Coordination w/ Finn Events

    We had the pleasure of working with Mary of Finn Events as our day-of-coordinator and she went above and beyond to help us execute the most amazing day ever. From even the pre-planing stages, she was on hand to help answer any questions we had and lended such great insight into the wedding planning industry of things to look out for as we moved along in the process. She connected our vendors with our wedding day schedule and made sure everyone had her as the point of contact throughout the day. We so appreciated the moxie she leads with to get things done and to find a way to make it happen instead of waiting around to see the aftermath. As a type A bride and micromanager of every tiny detail, she made it so easy to give up control because we had the utmost confidence in her to carry out our wedding day. I think the best compliment we got from our guests over and over again, was that the day felt so seamless, that the flow was great, and it was so enjoyable to be at our wedding because it felt like each step was intentional and flawlessly executed. With the multitude of wedding vendors out there, the easiest and best decision we made was going with Mary and Finn Events for their grace and professionalism to navigate the wedding planning process that can otherwise feel daunting.     Finn is Amazing!

    Hiring Finn was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. If you're wondering whether a planner/coordinator is worth it, the answer is yes. Having Finn meant we, our family, and our wedding party could truly enjoy the day instead of answering questions or worrying about logistics. As someone who plans events professionally, I know how much coordination goes into pulling off a successful event—and weddings are in a league of their own. From our first conversation, it was clear that Finn was experienced, organized, and confident. She immediately put us at ease. Although we hired Finn as a day-of coordinator, she provided so much more than day-of support. Throughout the planning process, she answered countless questions, communicated with vendors, created our timeline, reviewed the venue's plans to catch details and potential issues, offered thoughtful recommendations, and truly served as our advocate every step of the way. She also has a helpful collection of planning resources, vendor recommendations, officiant guidance, and rental items. She even offered to pick up our wedding cakes for us! Finn ran our rehearsal and wedding day seamlessly. She made sure everyone was prepared, everything stayed on schedule, and every behind-the-scenes detail was handled without us needing to think about it. She also helped my brother prepare to officiate his first wedding, taking the time to walk him through everything beforehand so he felt comfortable. What impressed me most was her demeanor. Weddings are fast-paced and unpredictable, and Finn remained calm, kind, cheerful, and collected throughout the day. She treated us, our family, wedding party, and guests with genuine warmth and professionalism. Several guests even commented on how wonderful she was. That's a rare quality and one that made such a difference in the overall experience. I've been to weddings where vendors are visibly stressed and short with guests, and you don't need to worry about that with Finn. Our wedding day went so smoothly because of Finn, and we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. I truly can't recommend her enough -- she is exactly the person you want in your corner on one of the biggest days of your life.

    Outstanding team - Awesome planner
