I’m here to make sure you feel supported, heard, and confident every step of the way while we bring your vision to life.

What sets me apart is my behind-the-scenes experience in venues, catering and hotels —aka, I know how weddings actually work. I’m highly organized, calm under pressure, and a little obsessed with the details that keep your day running smoothly.     Hire Payton- You Won’t Regret It!

    As a wedding venue, we truly appreciate working with planners who are organized, professional, and attentive, and Payton with This Will Be was all of those things and more! She did a wonderful job ensuring the day ran smoothly, keeping vendors coordinated, and making sure every detail was taken care of. Payton was incredibly attentive to her clients’ needs while maintaining a calm, unobtrusive presence that allowed the couple to fully enjoy their special day. She was proactive, thoughtful, and a pleasure to work alongside. We would happily welcome Payton back to our venue and highly recommend This Will Be to future couples!

    Payton went above and beyond!

    Working with Payton at This Will Be was for day of coordination was one of the best decision we made in the planning process. She ensured our wedding day to run smoothly, allowing us to enjoy! Payton was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process and stayed on top of every detail, from small logistics that I had not thought of to the final execution on our wedding day. She arrived early to meet vendors, advocated for us when vendors tried to change delivery details, and worked collaboratively with the rest of our team. On the day itself, she handled it all- she managed playlists, made announcements, help set tables, and ensured things were running on our rough timeline without making it feel stressful for like we had to be doing something at a specific time (which we didn't want!). She kept us informed without making us feel stressed during the wedding. She was a pro at handling the behind-the-scenes work, allowing us to stay present with each other and our guests. We would absolutely recommend working with Payton!

    Dream Tree Farm Wedding

    This Will Be wedding planning was fantastic! Payton made the planning process simple and stress free. She was there every step to help us make our dream wedding come true. She was very knowledgeable in helping us find creative ways to stay within our tight budget. Not having to worry about a single thing the day of our wedding was the biggest blessing. As a particular bride, she made sure everything was executed the way I wanted so we could spend the time together and with our loved ones. Highly recommend This Will Be for your wedding planning!

    Payton is a wedding guardian angel!

    I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with the wedding planners at This Will Be. From our very first interaction, Paytons communication style was open, calming, and enthusiastic. She was incredibly patient in answering all of my questions and providing honest, detailed guidance throughout the planning process. The quality of her work was truly outstanding - she was dedicated, determined, and meticulous in ensuring every aspect of our special day went smoothly. When I didn't have a hair stylist, Payton stepped in and did my hair perfectly. She also constantly checked on my husband and I throughout the night to make sure we had everything we needed. Payton kept me calm and focused in the hectic moments before the ceremony when other vendors fell through, and she executed all the last-minute changes flawlessly. I cannot recommend This Will Be highly enough for couples planning their wedding.

While every couple’s planning journey is a little different, my goal is to make the process feel streamlined and manageable—not overwhelming. You can expect regular check-ins, guided planning meetings at key milestones, and ongoing support via text or email as questions come up. There is no limit to texting me wedding ideas at midnight!
