Born out of a love for each other as well as weddings and events, ours is a partnership emersed in love, design, art, and family and we truly delight in bringing their passion to the front of everything we do. team that has owned, operated, & worked in the wedding & event industry our entire lives.     Best Coordinators!

    Working with Perfect Storm Moments was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They were always available via text and email whenever we needed them, which made the whole planning process feel so much easier. On the day of our wedding, they brought our vision to life in ways we didn't even expect, from setting up all the signage and special touches to building out an entire candy bar that our guests loved. When little issues popped up during the event, they handled them smoothly and always checked with us before making any changes. The quality of their work was absolutely worth it, and they made sure everything stayed true to what we originally wanted. We couldn't have asked for a better team to make our day special.

    Perfect Storm is the BEST!

    We cannot recommend Amy and Aaron highly enough for any wedding planning, design or coordination needs! As our day-of coordinators and design experts, they went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was seamless from start to finish. Their attention to detail, creativity, and ability to solve problems quickly were invaluable throughout the planning process, especially as we navigated hosting our wedding at a newer family-owned venue. Their years of experience were evident in every decision, recommendation, and behind-the-scenes adjustment they made along the way. Beyond their expertise, Amy and Aaron brought such a warm, positive, and calming presence that made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. On the wedding day itself, they handled every detail with professionalism and grace, including managing some challenging vendor situations behind the scenes that we didn't even have to worry about. Because of them, we were able to be fully present, enjoy our day, and focus on celebrating with our family and friends. Our wedding day would not have been the same without them. If you're looking for planners who are organized, experienced, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making your day special, Amy and Aaron are the team you want by your side.     The Perfect Planners

    Aaron & Amy were absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding. They made sure everything was on track with planning and let us stay as involved or not involved as we wanted to. The day of the wedding was much less stressful knowing that they had everything in control. We also worked with them for our florals which turned out more beautiful than we imagined - knowing that Amy sourced so much of the florals locally was wonderful. In addition to the amazing planning they were so truly so kind throughout the process, even checking in if I needed help with dress shopping when I mentioned I didn’t have family nearby. We can’t recommend Aaron & Amy enough.

    pick Amy and Aaron any day!

    Amy and Aaron are absolutely incredible! They were wise and calming guides through the stress and excitement of wedding planning. However, where they truly shined was the day itself-- where we did not have to think about a single thing besides experiencing every moment. They flawlessly coordinated everything and still had time to reassure and support us when we got nervous! If you are looking for the perfect planners and coordinators to ensure all you have to worry about on your big day is showing up, you cannot do better than Perfect Storm.

    The Best Wedding Planners!

    Aaron and Amy were the best Wedding planners we could have ever asked for! We got married July 2024 and they were our lifesavers. They were super reliable, communicative, and they know their stuff! We booked them for partial planning, design, day-of coordinators and floral and they absolutely killed it! Honestly having a wedding vendor that can do 4 different parts of your wedding is a must. We loved our time working with them and would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding. From their unwavering reliability to their exceptional communication skills, they made the entire process seamless. They’re a perfect 10/10!

We have been working in the wedding & event industry for more than 20 years each. We started Perfect Storm Moments in 2015 as a joint venture to combine our passion for weddings and events with the life we were building together. We have planned hundreds, if not thousands of weddings over the years and love when we work with couples to weave unique traditions or personal elements into their wedding day.
We have a small team that works with us based on the scope of services needed for each wedding. While our Associate Planners occasionally support on the day of the event, owners Amy & Aaron are involved in the planning process from start to finish.
Yes, we plan many other types of events from birthday parties to corporate events to auctions and galas, we are skilled planners for all manner of events.
