Bailee is THE BEST!
Bailee was hands down our most complimented vendor by all of our guests. She was tremendously responsive, thorough, and helpful throughout the entire planning process. The day of the wedding we felt absolutely no stress and knew Bailee had it all handled. Everything was smooth and seamless and the details were perfect. She was a huge part of our special day and we could not be more thankful for her and her work! She is simply the best!

Best Wedding Coordinator
We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Bailee! She was absolutely amazing as our wedding coordinator, and we honestly cannot imagine going through our wedding day without her. From the wedding planning process all the way through the wedding day, Bailee was so nice and easy to work with. She guided me through the entire planning process, answered all of my questions, and helped me feel so much more prepared for the big day. Having someone so knowledgeable and supportive there to guide me made such a huge difference. On our wedding day, she came super prepared and took care of absolutely everything for us. There were so many little details happening behind the scenes, and Bailee handled everything so smoothly that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Because of her, we were able to actually enjoy our wedding, be present with each other, and celebrate with our family and friends without stressing about what needed to happen next. We were so tired at the end of our wedding and worrying about having to clean up but she told us everything was already packed and ready to go. She really went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. Having Bailee by our side gave us so much peace of mind, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day run so beautifully.

Organized, Reponsive, and Comprehensive Service
We hired Bailee for Day of Coordination services and she was absolutely phenomenal to work with. She was so kind and responsive throughout the whole planning process- always willing to share tips or ideas, and was a great person to bounce ideas off of while we planned. When it came to two weeks leading up to the wedding, Bailee was sure to let us know she was there for us, and confirmed details with vendors which took a lot off of our plate in the final weeks leading up to the wedding. For day of- Bailee executed the day flawlessly. She was working with all of vendors to make sure everything was lined up according to plan, and did a great job wrangling our families and making sure everything was happening behind the scenes for us so we could enjoy the day. We loved working with Bailee and would highly recommend her!

Bailee is the BEST!
I cannot imagine our wedding without Bailee! It was actually my husband that insisted we get a coordinator, and it was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. We booked her for her day-of coordinating services, but we still had plenty of meeting ahead of time, and I firmly believe everything ran smoothly leading up to the wedding due to Bailee’s guidance. And then on the day, everything went perfectly. Even when I was running late for my first look, there was no panic, and Bailee coordinated with the photographers so that we got back on track easily. She was there from setup to cleanup, and we couldn’t have done it all without her. If you’re on the fence about a coordinator, book Bailee. She’ll make you forget you were ever on the fence.

An excellent choice for wedding coordinator
Bailee (of Gathered Co.) is nothing short of a superhero. Our wedding was fantastic; everything we wanted came off without a hitch. Bailee made it possible. We had been ignoring our wedding date for too long, leaving very limited time to plan the wedding. Bailee worked closely with us, never overloading us with agenda items, just a topic or two at each meeting. She was exactly what we needed: calm, never stressed or in hurry yet always moving forward, addressing every detail. Very quickly, our wedding plan began to take shape. On the day-of, Bailee managed everything, from decorating tables that morning to final cleanup well into the night. She became nearly invisible, moving silently from one task to the next, directing guests, answering questions, all while ensuring the bride and groom were the focus of every moment. We were treated as royalty; our guests were treated as VIPs. Many said it was the best wedding they’d ever attended. We enthusiastically recommend Bailee to coordinate your wedding!
