Planning and coordinating weddings is my absolute dream job. Seriously. I wake up excited to do this every single day. I don't see your wedding as another event on my calendar, I get genuinely invested. I want to know what matters to you, what you're excited about, what you're stressing over, and the weird little details that make you you. By the time your wedding rolls around, I want it to feel like I'm helping one of my friends get married.
I have a type-A brain, a sarcastic personality, and will always stay calm even if an unexpected hiccup tries to test us. I'm not the coordinator who creates unnecessary drama or barks orders at vendors. I believe kindness gets more done, and the relationships I've built with other wedding professionals are one of my biggest strengths. My top priority: I want you to be fully present. Laugh with your people. Cry during your vows. Dance until your feet hurt. Make memories instead of managing logistics.

The best!!!!!
Sloane was the day of coordinator for our wedding, and we could not be more grateful! Planning: Sloane was extremely helpful in developing a timeline with me that flowed, felt easy to stuck to, and kept guests entertained. Every email I sent, I got quick responses, and even when I had silly questions, she never made me feel silly about them. It truly felt like I had a friend helping me with planning, and I am so grateful for that! Day of the wedding: While I consider myself a planful person, no one can really prepare you for how the wedding day jitters hit you. Despite a few mishaps on our end of things, Sloane handled everything with completely calmness and ease, and made me feel continuously confident in the timeline and the day. There is absolutely no way I could have made it through my wedding day without her. Above and beyond: On top of being so helpful in the planning process and ensuring our day moved smoothly, she helped with things like decor, coordinating set up/breakdown, getting our cupcake table set up, etc. This extra support not only saved us some money in the long run, but also made it so we didn’t have to enlist additional support from family, so that they could really enjoy the day. All in all, I will be recommending Sloane to EVERY friend who is getting married, and would absolutely reccomend her to you as well!

The most amazing experience
We truly could not have asked for a better wedding planner! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but she made the entire process feel organized, calm, and genuinely enjoyable. She thought of every detail before we even had to ask, communicated clearly throughout the entire planning process, and handled every challenge with professionalism and grace. She handled all communication and planning with all of our vendors including the site, even when we performed a site walkthrough Sloane handled all of the logistics allowing us to foster our excitement for the coming day. On the wedding day, everything ran so seamlessly that we were actually able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. She coordinated vendors, kept everyone on schedule, solved problems behind the scenes without us ever knowing, and made us feel completely taken care of. We felt so supported from beginning to end. Beyond her incredible organization and expertise, she is simply a wonderful person. She is kind, reassuring, and truly passionate about creating the best experience possible for her couples. You can tell she genuinely cares, and it shows in every interaction. If you're looking for a wedding planner who will exceed your expectations, reduce your stress, and help create the wedding of your dreams, stop looking—you've found her. We are endlessly grateful for everything she did and cannot recommend her highly enough. She was worth every penny and was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

Working with S.A.S. Event Planning was such a wonderful experience! Sloane was so kind, organized, always 10 steps ahead of any potential complications, and extremely detail oriented! I would highly recommend working with her for any of your event planning or coordination needs. As another business owner and vendor, coming into events can be chaotic and stressful but Sloane truly made it an uncomplicated, easy experience and was there to answer any questions we had from setting up our bar, and all throughout the event.
