I don't believe there is a one-size-fits-all formula for weddings. Your relationship is unique, and your wedding should reflect that! That's why Golden Day Wedding Co offers a completely customizable planning/coordination packages. I want to hear your wedding day vision and work with you to identify specific needs. Maybe you want a vintage popcorn machine or you're looking to include your pets in the ceremony. Or maybe you want to book a live band and DIY your floral decor. Whatever ideas you may have, I want to work with you to make your wedding as amazing as you've imagined!
I first became interested in the wedding industry after planning my own in 2023. Everyone warned me it would be a long year of researching, organizing, re-organizing, and planning. I had the opposite experience and ended up really enjoying the process! With a background in planning corporate charity events, I was able to quickly pick up on the logistical side of wedding planning. In 2024, I officially jumped in and started learning the ins and outs of the wedding industry. Since then, I've become passionate about finding ways to bring my couples unique wedding visions to life!

Highly Recommend!!!
We absolutely loved having Kacie as our wedding coordinator and cannot recommend her enough! She was incredibly professional, organized, and on top of every detail throughout our entire wedding day. Everything stayed on schedule and everything went exactly as planned. Kacie worked incredibly hard and made our lives so much easier. We were pretty "low-maintenance" and were happy to delegate things to her, and she took care of everything, even little details like how we wanted the napkins folded. She took our decor from us in advance so we didn't have to worry about it on the day. Another small thing we appreciated was that she immediately brought plates of food from the buffet to the bride and groom so we could actually eat without having to think about it. At the end of the night, she carefully boxed up and labeled everything for us, did a full sweep of the venue, and even found items we had accidentally left behind. We had a Jewish wedding, and she draped the huppah fabric so it looked gorgeous and made sure the glass was in place and ready for us to break during the ceremony. Having a coordinator made a huge difference in our wedding experience. We didn't have one for our welcome party, and we regretted it. Kacie is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend hiring her! (We don't have professional photos back yet, but wanted to share these!)

Hire her!!!
Kacie from Golden Day Wedding Co was the PERFECT person to help make our wedding day come to life!! With each planning meeting, she was confident and highly capable of keeping track of all the moving pieces. I didn’t have to remind her of anything — she had it all down from the beginning. She took initiative, was organized, thought of details we never would have known, stuck with our timeline, and was friendly/respectful with the best of our vendors. I couldn’t recommend Kacie enough!

A Truly Golden Wedding Day
We met Kacie from Golden Day over a year before our wedding date and booked her after our very first meeting. Choosing a day-of coordinator really comes down to personal preference. We met with some coordinators who were pretty aggressive, and came off as overbearing. That’s not Kacie. Kacie acts as a calm, stress-neutralizing sounding board for your ideas. Anything you share with her is met with, “Yes, that’s a great idea, let’s make it happen.” She doesn’t try to steer your vision; instead, she supports your creativity and helps keep it on track as your ideas evolve. She shows up when you need her and is always willing to take a phone call without hesitation or making you feel like you're on the clock. With Kacie, there were no stupid questions, we could ask her anything, even twice, and we were met with her optimistic attitude and supportive responses. On our wedding day, Kacie maintained her positive, poised demeanor as she set up the entire ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception space with very little help. There were some issues at the start of the ceremony, but Kacie never seemed phased. Not once did she let stress show or allow it to leak into our headspace leading up to, or during the big day. Kacie was also incredible about making sure we actually ate on our wedding day. So many friends told us, “You’ll never eat at your own wedding.” Well, they clearly didn’t hire Kacie. After the ceremony, cocktail-hour appetizers magically appeared while we waited for our grand entrance. As soon as we sat down, she had plates of dinner ready for us. At the end of the night, my wife and I were actually able to head to the after-party with our friends, and that was because of Kacie. She stayed behind and left the venue spotless so we wouldn’t incur any additional charges. In fact, she wrapped everything up so efficiently that our catering team was able to leave early, and we were credited back an hour of service. Our day truly was golden, if we could choose one word to describe it, as corny as that sounds. And it wouldn’t have happened without Kacie.

Absolute miracle worker
We did it! And despite my best efforts, it was a beautiful well put together wedding. Kacie was an absolute miracle worker. She somehow turned the ADHD pile of decor and ideas I handed to her that morning and made something beautiful and cohesive. She kept things running smoothly and I was able to enjoy my day. She was a fast reliable communicator, helped me build a time line, and helped me feel confident that things would work out. If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, do it! 100% worth it. And I cannot recommend Kacie enough. She will make your day wonderful

What a fantastic coordinator!
Kacie is wonderful! She took our vision and brought it to life better than I ever expected. She was so prepared for anything that happened on our wedding day, so professional, and worked very hard to make my life as easy and seamless as possible. We were so impressed by her going above and beyond to make it the perfect night. No matter how big or small your wedding is, having a day of coordinator is so worth it so you can just enjoy the day.
