My event philosophy is centered around the people. Not just the couple, but all the wonderful friends and family who are sharing this day with you. Decorations are an important and lovely part of a wedding, but I try to always remember why we spend all this time and resources on a party - because we want the people we love to celebrate with us. If this sounds like your priority, we will probably be a good fit!
I was a project manager for 10 years before planning my own wedding. I had always thought the skills would translate well to wedding planning, and boy was I right! Over the course of months of research, spreadsheets, and plumbing the depths of my project management skills, I realized people are expected to plan their weddings without the benefit of professional training, and then never use those skills again. Let’s bring your vision to life without all the stress!

Kaila is the best!
Working with Rose & Fern Events made our wedding day feel effortless from start to finish. Kaila coordinated everything behind the scenes with our vendors the week of the wedding and met with us multiple times in the year leading up to our big day, which meant we could actually enjoy the day instead of worrying about logistics. We honestly can't imagine working with a better day of coordinator! She has this gift for making everyone around her feel calm and supported—our family, photographers, and DJ all told us how great she was to work with. 100000/10 recommend!

Amazing Experience with Samantha
Working with Samantha at Rose & Fern Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From our first conversation, she communicated clearly and responded quickly to every question we had, even though Russ and I were planning from across the country. She anticipated problems before they happened and solved them on the fly—like when our candles were too tall for the glass hurricanes, she had a fix ready immediately. Beyond the planning, Samantha managed every detail smoothly on the day itself, including handling the pack-up at the end of the night so we could just enjoy our celebration. She was genuinely warm and flexible with us, always open to our ideas while also helping us work through our worries. We trusted her completely, and she delivered a wedding day that felt effortless.

Kaila is amazing!
Kaila is wonderful at what she does. You can tell she truly cared about making our big day go smoothly. She took care of vendor communications, questions from family, and of course questions from us all day. She helps you think of small details and big considerations leading up to the day and helps keep you on schedule throughout the night. We wouldn’t have had a successful wedding without her. Amazing Last Minute Help
We were going into our big day without a solid plan and Kaila stepped in at the last minute to help us out. We swear there were three Samanthas working ahead of the day and on the day of our daughter’s wedding. She was that good. Every single thing that needed to be done was done perfectly.
