The Planner of Your Dreams!
My wife and I did a destination wedding outside of Portland and came across Samantha and Bloom Events shortly into our wedding planning period last year. From our first video chat, I could tell that Samantha was going to be the perfect fit for our big day. She is super communicative, and very organized. I am typically a very anxious person, and throughout the whole wedding planning process, I didn't worry once! Our wedding turned out to be absolutely everything we had dreamed of. We couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. Thank you so much, Samantha and Bloom Events Team!!

Bloom Events made everything easier!
We hired Samantha for her partial planning package, which made the entire planning process so seamless. She helped recommend vendors, and checked with them first to see if they had availability on our day. She helped craft our design and attended meetings with our florist and rentals company to help make sure what we chose fit with our vision. On our wedding day, if we or anyone in our wedding party needed anything, she would make it happen. So glad we worked with Samantha!

Samantha is fantastic!
My partner and I booked Samantha for our wedding after we saw her advertising at the Portland parks wedding registration day event. We wanted a cool, low-key, non-traditional wedding, and after talking with a few planners, it was clear that out of everyone, Samantha immediately understood the vibe we were shooting for. We booked partial planning and day-of coordination. To say that we wholeheartedly recommend Samantha is an understatement. She was such a joy to work with through the whole process. Coming into the process, our plan was to have our friends cater our big park wedding, at the Mt Tabor amphitheater. Basically a DIY giant park barbecue! That, obviously, means a lot of moving parts and ambiguities because none of our friends actually lived in Portland. I don't think we could have pulled it off without Samantha. In our first meeting, we told her our plans, and she immediately went into problem solving mode. She knew of community kitchens we could talk to, different vendors we could rent grills from, and knew from her years of experience, what other necessities we'd have to rent in order for our wedding to be a huge success. As we moved closer to the wedding, Samantha found us all our vendors, from sustainable florist to photos. She has a lot of connections to the wedding planning community in the region, and is sure to know someone if she herself can't do whatever you need. The week of the wedding, Samantha walked through the venue with us, shared her very detailed notes on everything, walked us through her coordination for the day, and was a generally very calming presence, including finding a last minute sound system after a rental fell through. Our fond memories of the day were only possible thanks to the thoughtful and professional work that Samantha put into making our wedding truly ours.

Best Decision Ever!
Working with Sam at Bloom Events Portland was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From our first conversation, she was warm and professional and always made sure every detail was covered. Sam took some of the stress out of planning and let us actually enjoy the lead-up to our big day, then executed everything flawlessly on the day itself. Her attention to detail was unmatched and she cared about our vision as much as we did. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how wonderful she was, and we didn't have a single worry the entire time because Sam had it all handled. Every penny we spent was worth it and we can't recommend her enough!

Awesome Wedding Coordinator
Samantha is wonderful to work with. She is organized, proactive, and energetic... but she also brings joy to the day. You can really tell she loves what she does and truly cares about her couples and making their dream day a reality!
