Blooms By Devin is a Sacramento-based floral design studio creating modern, artful florals for weddings and celebrations throughout Northern California. At the heart of our work is a simple philosophy: our florals are Designed to Evoke Wonder. Rather than working from a standard catalog, we draw inspiration from your style, color palette, venue, and vision to create florals that feel distinctly yours. From sculptural bouquets and statement ceremony florals to elevated tablescapes and installations, every detail is thoughtfully considered. We believe wedding flowers should do more than decorate a space—they should create emotion, spark curiosity, and become part of what you and your guests remember long after the celebration.

Blissful Rose Events & Floral
Rating: 5.0 (1 review)
  • Starts at $3,000
  • Serves Rancho Murieta, CA

I love what a wedding celebration represents. The joining of friends and family to celebrate Love. The celebration of a commitment to love, respect, and companionship is the best reason to celebrate. I started my career as an events coordinator in my college years in Santa Cruz, CA. Upon my return to Sacramento, I started a business venture with my friend. We started off slow and within a couple years we were decorating beautiful weddings and coordinating wedding days. While it got busier with business, life also got busier. My friend had a child and I returned to graduate school.

“I'm a planner, and I worked with Elena recently on a wedding. She was flexible, upbeat, and willing to work with us both on pricing (even over Valentine's Day weekend). She created beautiful arrangements for the ceremony and made the most stunning purse bouquet that matched our bride's vibe perfectly. She was also ready to pitch in if other vendors needed assistance. I'd work with Elena again in a heartbeat!”

“Erica was one of the most impressive vendors for our August wedding - she absolutely brought my vision to life and I am so thankful for her efforts! I loved my bridal bouquet so much that I insisted on bringing it up to Lake Tahoe with us on our honeymoon, and then I hung it to dry it once I got home. It gave me so much joy looking down at those beautiful flowers on the drive to Tahoe after the wedding. Erica was so patient and understanding throughout the whole process and made it so easy. She is a true artist and managed to get me exactly what I wanted for our wedding - in fact it was even better than I could have ever imagined! I recommend her 100%. Thank you so much Erica!”

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers
Rating: 4.9 (106 reviews)
  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Rancho Murieta, CA

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
“We chose to use Flower Moxie's pre-made bouquets and boutonnieres for our wedding, and we were very pleased with the products we received! The flowers arrived as scheduled and were packaged very well. My bouquets arrived prearranged, so I unraveled them to rehydrate them and only had to discard a few flowers from each (as expected). The flowers rehydrated well and stayed fresh for 3 days until the wedding. The boutonnieres kept well in homemade hydration chambers. I received instructions for flower care in personalized follow up emails, and I was able to find additional info on the Flower Moxie website. I did not require assistance, but my go-to contact during flower delivery, Liz, made it known that I could reach out with questions via text. Overall using Flower Moxie was a stress-free experience that delivered fabulous results!”

Poppy Flowers
Rating: 4.4 (94 reviews)
  • Starts at $1,750
  • Serves Rancho Murieta, CA

Poppy is a full-service wedding florist with one mission: give every couple stunning floral design without the luxury-tier price tag. We design, source, and deliver your flowers from first consultation to final installation. As featured in Martha Stewart Weddings, The Today Show, Fortune, and Goop. Planning your wedding flowers should feel exciting, not overwhelming. If you've been gathering inspiration and wondering whether your budget can actually bring that vision to life — it can. That's exactly what we do.

Awarded Best of Zola
“I knew from the beginning that I didn't want to spend more than 3,000–3,500 on flowers for my wedding, but I still wanted them to feel special. My vision was wildflower-inspired arrangements that were beautiful without being overwhelming. Our venue was an old equestrian barn converted into a wedding venue, and it already had so much character and impact on its own. I wanted the flowers to complement the space with a dainty, elegant, and minimal aesthetic. Most importantly, I really wanted daisies incorporated into the design. From my very first conversation with Adrienne, my floral consultant, I felt completely at ease. She made me feel like my vision was achievable, which was not the experience I had with some traditional florists. She listened carefully to what I wanted and helped me feel confident throughout the process. I was paired with floral designer Tiffany Reamer, and she absolutely exceeded my expectations. Flowers were never something I thought I'd get especially excited about, but I literally cried when my flowers were delivered. They were even more beautiful than I had imagined. Tiffany perfectly captured the look and feel I was hoping for and made sure to include daisies, which meant so much to me. Throughout the entire process, Poppy Flowers was transparent, communicative, and incredibly easy to work with. Their website was intuitive, making it simple to review designs, ask questions, and stay informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Poppy Flowers to any couple looking for gorgeous wedding florals that won't blow their budget. They delivered arrangements that far exceeded my expectations while staying true to my vision, and I couldn't have been happier with the result.”

  • Serves Rancho Murieta, CA

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

Awarded Best of Zola
“The Faux Bouquets were absolutely fantastic for our wedding! From the very beginning, they were awesome to work with - extremely responsive and so helpful in guiding us through all the floral options. Their communication style was great, and they really listened to our vision and preferences. The end product was stunning - the bouquets, centerpieces, and other arrangements were so pretty and went beautifully with our color scheme. We were thrilled with how everything turned out, and would highly recommend The Faux Bouquets to any couple planning their wedding.”

Timeless Arches was born from a lifelong love of flowers and a belief that beauty shouldn't be fleeting. Growing up in a florist shop, I developed an eye for floral design — and when premium faux florals became indistinguishable from the real thing, I found the perfect medium: stunning, sustainable, and built to last. We create show-stopping ceremony installations — arches, flower walls, urns, and aisle décor — designed to anchor your most photographed moments. Many pieces travel beautifully to your reception for a sweetheart table, cake table, or entryway display. Serving couples across Sacramento, Reno & Lake Tahoe.

“Lush and amazing, it was hard to believe the flowers weren't real. They were pleasant to touch, soft and plaint, almost moist looking. Heather Dodd was most pleasant to work with and full of creative ideas.”
