“Where do we begin? My husband and I cannot thank the Love and Life Events team enough for helping make our dream wedding come true. In the beginning, I believed that I did not need a coordinator because I had already planned out most of the wedding. Boy was I wrong. YOU NEED A COORDINATOR. We were recommended to Love and Life Events team by our DJ and picking them had to be the best decision ever. We got assigned to Dalavy the most amazing coordinator ever. From the very beginning she was super open, honest, organized, and communicated very well. Because I had booked a lot of our vendors already we decided to go with day of coordination which means that Dal and her team would start helping around the 2 month mark. 2 months flew by and we finally had our meeting with Dal. She was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable and my husband liked her as well! Everytime we had a meeting with her I felt so at ease that everything was going to be done, and she always reminded us not to be stressed. She constantly checked on us up until our big day. She made me feel comfortable when we made so many changes to our timeline. She truly became like family. On our wedding day Dal was on it. She always beat everyone before they could ask her something and she truly made the day so much easier. My family cannot stop talking about how amazing she was. From setting up to taking down she was so organized it was so easy to find everything we needed. There are so many words I could use to describe Serenity and her teams services they provide but I wouldn't have enough room, she is the kindest, sweetest, most detail oriented person we have met. We hired Serenity earlier this year to be the day of coordinator for our wedding and not only was her price fantastic but what she offers with her packages is even better. She was with us from the moment we put down the deposit. She answered every email we sent her within a day and was always so bright and full of light. She took over all communications with all vendors 2 weeks prior to our wedding to relieve some stress and it definitely did, on day of she stayed in communication with both of us and even when the bride was running a tad bit late she did everything in her power and got us back on schedule! “Long review!! It has been well over a month, almost two and I still have Been gushing over our wedding day. From the start when I matched with Chasing Joy creations on Bark.com I knew I had to use her as my planner. I am the first in my family to have an actual wedding and I knew I needed all the help I could get. My husband has always been a man who needs to meet a person and feel them out and as soon as Joey spoke at our meet up I can tell he was set on her. She is warm, kind and sweet. She takes you in and really loves what she does and it’s shows in how she shows up executing each task. With that being said, there wasn’t ONE thing Joey didn’t help us with. She helped us with venue searching, confirming color schemes, floral arrangements, venue decor, invitation designs, and so so much more. I had no issues with her from beginning to end and she has been nothing but helpful and supportive through the whole process. “I first contacted Jenny from JenEvents as a preferred vendor of my wedding venue at Coyote Hills Golf Course about 8 or 9 months before our date. She brought this warm energy and excitement to wedding planning that drew us to her. I was planning a western church wedding that still preserved elements of traditional Vietnamese culture so I really wanted a wedding planner who could anticipate those needs and felt that Jenny was our perfect fit! Our venue already provided catering and bar services so we elected to do the day-of-wedding planning package. We were planning from NorCal which made it challenging in many ways. Jen had several check in’s with us over the months and was extremely responsive via e-mail when we requested assistance, such as needed recommendations for late night snacks. She knew all the best vendors in the area so we felt reassured with our vendor line up with her green light. We were also grateful that she was flexible with our tight schedules when we drove down to SoCal. I was a cricut bride and I had A LOT of DIY decor and activity ideas. Jenny was always encouraging yet realistic. She knew or would figure out how to best execute my vision and always had a back up plan which made me feel so secure about trusting her with creating our vision for our big day. For example, I really wanted to create a warm, rustic look over the dance floor with a ceiling of rattan pendant lights with greenery, which the venue had never done before. She really delivered on working with our venue and thinking thoroughly of all the details for execution! It turned out SO AMAZING, just perfect. We received SO many compliments on the decor from our guests! We couldn’t be more grateful to Jenny and her team for carefully making every detail look perfect. Jenny was very thoughtful about details of the wedding that we would have never personally considered and asked clarifying questions to intently understand what we wanted. “From our first initial "meet and greet" call with Erin, we could tell that she was extremely intentional about her services. I still remember her asking us, "what a successful wedding day looked like to each of us," when we first started the planning process. Even though we had hired her for her day of coordinator services, throughout the journey of planning our wedding, we would bring Erin some of the most random questions and I (the bride) would bring a lot of concerns that were brought up with times where I was feeling stressed. But each time, Erin made sure to answer all of our questions/concerns and made sure to always bring us back down from stressful mindsets and remind us of our initial answers to that question. We truly felt that Erin prioritized us and made sure to get to know us on a personal level. With knowing our personalities, I feel that Erin would change her approaches in helping us plan in ways that we could easily digest as the planning of a wedding on our own felt overwhelming at times. Erin was also very good at noticing when we would forget to complete some of our “to-do” items and would gently send us reminders or even offer to assist us in completing certain planning tasks to help us get to the finish line. Towards the last few weeks, I was working on the final details such as our seating chart and going slightly crazy with aligning all the names and numbers on Canva and Erin swooped in to quickly fix all of our signage! Even down to the day before the wedding during our “load-in” at the reception space, we discovered that 20 of our plates had broken during transportation and Erin assured us that she would make it all work for our guests and vendors and that everyone had a plate! I wish we had hired Erin for the full wedding coordination, but we were blessed that she worked with our budget to give us day of coordination and month of coordination, and even extra coordination and the answer to our many questions/concerns. Erin was not only was extremely organized with coordinating for us, but she brought up so many factors that we would have overlooked and made the moments leading up to our big day and the wedding day itself extremely seamless. I truly felt that Erin always and completely understood the visions we had for the feel of our wedding and how we wanted everything to flow and look. My husband and I were on a very tight budget which Erin understood and made sure that we could find ways to achieve the aspects of our wedding that we wanted in a budget friendly way. Lastly, Erin's calm, warm and extremely friendly personality made it so that she was amazing to work with, I was always excited for our meetings with her and all of our vendors, and our ceremony/reception coordinators loved her and her team! On the day of our wedding, Amber ensured all our vendors were promptly on time and she also held our venue accountable for last moment changes, which saved us money. Amber knew all the right things to ask and she also provided great suggestions to make our wedding reception flow smooth. She even went out of her way to assist us during our ceremony that was in a different city. That’s something that we really appreciated from her because we really didn’t have any other person who we can rely on to help us set up our aisle runner and bring our wedding frame to the reception. Amber really took care of us during our big event as well, she made sure we ate and had breaks to re hydrate after all the dancing we did and she ensured that our wedding decorations was neatly packed away in our car when the wedding was over. “There are a great many things I can say about how absolutely amazing Koral is, and I will. But first and foremost I need to say this: hire this woman! We booked Koral & Ko for a “month of,” coordination package. We already had most of our things booked (venue, vendors, etc.) but we wanted someone to help us make it over the finish line. Most of our anxiety stemmed from small details, little decisions and doubt in our ability to corral all of our friends and family. Koral, made all of that anxiety evaporate. She knew all the right questions to ask to ensure we were all aligned when it came to the details. Prior to when Koral’s contract actually began, she would still checked in and even provided us with check lists to ensure we were on track with all of our planning. When something we wanted to figure out was too complicated for us to do on our own, we were able to utilize our Planning Calls that were part of our package. It was incredibly helpful to use her as a sounding board when it came to ideas and timelines! We didn’t realize how many little details and questions come up or how many people reach out once you approach the actual wedding date. Koral took on all of our vendor communication and timeline coordination to iron out any wrinkles. All of our vendors told us how much they loved how organized and prompt she was! When it came to our wedding day, my husband and I can honestly say we felt like guests. Koral and her team handled absolutely everything. There was a moment where a dark shade of lipstick was smeared across my dress and she pulled out a tide to go pen and cleaned it up before my grand entrance! She also procured a sewing kit when a groomsman lost a button on his tuxedo! And when we needed to find a family member or friend for a picture, she was able to track them down with the efficiency of a bloodhound. We did not feel at all rushed at any point on the day. Our vendors were genuinely shocked at the fact we were consistently ahead of schedule because everything was so seamless. The timeline Koral created was intuitive and well thought out. The day was orchestrated so beautifully that my husband and I forgot we helped planned this day too! Seeing our vision executed by Koral’s team was simply beautiful. Our wedding was kid friendly and we wanted to add a kid’s specific area for our wedding. We were able to add a design package with Koral because we had no idea what to do! Koral and her team create a mocked up design of a children’s play area and executed it perfectly! All of our guests with kids loved the idea! My husband and I even forgot there were kids at our wedding! Overall, Koral’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what she does created a magical day for my husband and I. We wholeheartedly recommend Koral & Ko to anyone in need of exceptional wedding coordination services. Thank you, Koral, for making our special day absolutely perfect!”

We planned an intimate ceremony at Crystal Cove on Saturday night and then a reception party Sunday afternoon. From our initial consultation call, Kelly was eager and excited to help bring our visions to life. Kelly was super prompt and clear with communication. She didn’t overwhelm us and offered her insight and expertise to help us develop timelines that were complete and met our needs and goals. I had no stress about logistics leading up to the weekend. Both the ceremony and the reception could not have been more perfect! There were lots of DIY elements for decor (I didn’t have a florist) and Kelly’s set up and coordination was everything I had hoped for!
