Jared not only took the time to get to know my now husband and I but he curated our whole wedding to fit our likes, dislikes, personality, and vibes. When I tell you I still have people talking about our DJ weeks after the wedding, you’d be shocked at how many people are still making comments about how incredible Jared was. I will never forget my older brother coming up to me while I was dancing the night away at our wedding and saying “You seriously hit the jackpot with this DJ, the way he has put everything together is insane.” And the reason I will remember that moment forever is because I was thinking the same thing the about entire night. Jared made sure all the guests knew what was going on, he communicated so well so no one was out of the loop on what to do next. I told Jared all the things that were really important to me in our meetings prior to the wedding and not only did he make those moments amazing, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make them absolutely perfect. His whole set up was so good. It’s hard to say when it comes to sound, music, and microphones that there were no hiccups or mishaps but with Jared at my wedding there truly was nothing that could’ve gone better than it did. My wedding day was perfect and I attribute a HUGE part of that to Jared and the way he carried the whole day. Jared even took the time to get to know the guests and my family and that was so special to me. “We had such a wonderful experience with Susan! She was so communicative and friendly, and she really made every part of the process of coordinating with a DJ easy. For people like us who were very intimidated by the planning process of a wedding her planning spreadsheet and phone-calls/video calls to discuss walk throughs of the day were incredibly helpful. Susan was timely on the day of our wedding and very prompt with responses throughout with us. Her experience as a DJ was clear to us, but we were also very pleased with her abilities as an MC. Plus Susan was very affordable for our budgets! We really felt like she went above and beyond for us when the dance floor opened up also. She provided light batons for our guests when things looked like they might be lagging on the dance floor, and she really kept spirits and energy high. We can't thank, or recommend, Susan enough! “My husband and I used Direct Entertainment for our DJ and videographer for our wedding and we could not be more pleased!! The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! “We originally booked a different DJ for our wedding, but a few months before the wedding realized that they weren’t going to work out for us. We were getting married during peak summer season on a weekend, and since it was so late in the game we thought we wouldn’t be able to find another DJ who met our needs. Then, DJ Dane was recommended to us by our wedding planner and, after an initial introduction video call, we booked him on the spot. The vibes and professionalism we received from Dane in that initial meeting far exceeded other DJ’s were looking at who were double the cost. It was a huge weight off of our chest to find a DJ who was competent, understood our vision and supported our crazy ideas…all within our price range! Our venue required a gondola ride up to the ceremony spot, a ride back down to the inside reception area and outdoor cocktail hour. He was able to juggle 3 VERY different location set ups and some fairly complicated logistics, all while acting like it was no big deal to him. Additionally, my husband plays the saxophone and I knew I wanted him to record himself playing Canon in D to serenade me as I walked down the aisle. A week before the wedding my husband sent Dane a few recordings of him playing and Dane was able to piece them together and the end result was magical! Dane went above and beyond to make our wedding day special. When we couldn’t decide on our grand entrance song he suggested a few options that matched the vibe and theme of our day and we liked his choices better than any of ours! He did an excellent job assisting with the flow of the day, making requested announcements and handling complicated venue logistics. He kept the party going, and our guests walked away wanting more. I would highly recommend Dane!”

“We had a Latino and Indian fusion wedding and our guests were so happy with the music. We were initially worried about how we would fuse both of our cultures and how we would keep both sides of the family entertained and on the dance floor but Rafael and Richard did an amazing job! It started with a 1hr sync before the wedding where we explained to them the vibe and the small little details that we wanted to include. Bryan and Rafael were so knowledgeable and so open to our suggestions and needs. The day of they showed up on time and had everything ready and set up on time. When our timeline got pushed a little they were super accommodating and helped keep the guests entertained. My mom was raving about the song choices that Rafael included. He hit the sweet spot of doing updated R&B songs and also older songs from my parents generation that had my mom in tears enjoying the atmosphere. “I recently collaborated with Take7 on a styled editorial. While it's not common to incorporate live entertainment on a styled shoot, it was the perfect addition to our vision. They were so accommodating when it came to attire and their performance was outstanding. My personal favorite was their rendition of "My Funny Valentine" during the couple's dance. The band was a dream to work with, played beautifully, and was so patient when we ran behind schedule. I highly recommend them for your wedding or event entertainment!”

“Our event went absolutely flawlessly with Billy and Jason at the helm. He was not only our DJ, but our lighting guy, pyrotechnics (with the cold sparks), MC, and day-of coordinator. Right from the start, she was so prompt in answering any questions I had and willing to personalize our ceremony just for us. I had an instant connection with her so much so that I asked her if she could officiate our wedding and she thankfully said yes! BEST DECISION EVER! I was so stressed trying to put a wedding together in just a few weeks! Having to only communicate with one person for both the violin and an officiant made this process so much easier! She seamlessly went from violinist to officiant, back to violinist! She also came early to set up and make sure everything would go perfectly, which put my anxious heart at ease.
