Delish Cakes started in 2010 out of Alicia's family home. It quickly outgrew the house and a storefront was born shortly after! Delish Cakes will be 11 years old in August of 2021. Delish Cakes creates custom cakes and sweets for any occasion, and we love to make each order just as special as the clients who order them! Everything is created in small batches and made just for you. We do Cakes, cake pops, custom sugar cookies, sweet tables, cupcakes and more.

I love to bring beauty into the world in all the ways that I can, and food is one of my favorite ways to do that! I love to craft desserts that bring big smiles and warm feelings. Beyond baking, I am a musician and a gardener. I enjoy thrifting, cutting flowers, and making up new recipes! I started this business as a creative outlet (and, of course, a source of income). My chronic health issues have made it difficult for me to work a regular job, so working from home at my own pace has been a great solution! It has brought me so much happiness so far to create the desserts of my customers' dreams!

Powdered Pixie Bakery (PPB) was founded in 2014, a bakery where flavor is the focus for all of our baked goods in East Central Illinois located in Urbana IL. Rachel Roessler does all the baking and Gayle Rix is a superior Cake Artist.

Baking is therapeutic for me. Having baked with my grandparents as a child, I've baked all my life and I really truly enjoy seeing smiles when people try my made-from-scratch sweets. My fun bubbly personality has transferred over into my business brand and products.

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.
