My husband and I changed our minds about a hundred times on hotel venue vs small elopement and even went back and forth between several venues. I hired Kimberly’s Ever After Planning for outside day of coordination for my Disneyland Hotel Wedding. From the moment I booked them, I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. I knew that my DIY & Personal items would be handled carefully and nobody from the wedding party or any guests would have to take time out of their day to set it up. I had lots of communication from Kimberly from the moment I booked with her until the wedding day. Kimberly and her husband Travis had the same venues as we did for their own wedding, plus she has worked many Disneyland weddings as a planner, so I knew she was someone I could trust to know all the details & peculiarities when having a Disneyland Wedding. On the day of the wedding I just showed Kimberly and Travis all the items I had, I had binned them up and labeled them, and they handled everything from then on. I didn’t need to worry about anything while I was getting my hair & makeup done because they were handling it all and updating me occasionally. Kimberly even ran to get a tide pen for me from my hotel room when I spilled cupcake on my white shirt! At the end of the reception, Kimberly & Travis packed up all my items and they were so smooth at it, I didn’t even notice them while I was dancing with my friends! I also hired Kimberly’s Ever After Planning for content creation, and once everything was set up, Kimberly and Travis got so much footage of behind the scenes, the ceremony, and reception footage. I didn’t know if I wanted to spend the money on a videographer & hiring them for content creation was a happy medium. I definitely recommend hiring Kimberly’s Ever After Planning, especially if you’re having a Disneyland Wedding. They know what they’re doing, and they’re going to take care of you, and care about making your day special just as much as you do.”

“If you're reading reviews questioning on if you should hire Serenity, let this be your sign as a YES DO IT HIRE HER SHE IS AMAZING! There are so many words I could use to describe Serenity and her teams services they provide but I wouldn't have enough room, she is the kindest, sweetest, most detail oriented person we have met. We hired Serenity earlier this year to be the day of coordinator for our wedding and not only was her price fantastic but what she offers with her packages is even better. She was with us from the moment we put down the deposit. She answered every email we sent her within a day and was always so bright and full of light. She took over all communications with all vendors 2 weeks prior to our wedding to relieve some stress and it definitely did, on day of she stayed in communication with both of us and even when the bride was running a tad bit late she did everything in her power and got us back on schedule! She made the day so magical and got every request done and even more. She kept all the vendors in order and even our other vendors were calling us the following day say how great it was to work with her and she made it so easy for them too. We plan on using her again for any other event we need her for and will be recommending her to anyone and everyone. “Jenny and her team made my wedding happen! I got the "Day of" Coordination package, but Jenny worked with me for months leading up to the event. She provided so many wonderful recommendations and resources to help with the planning process. She communicated with all the vendors and made sure there was no stress for me on the big day. “I have so many good things to say about Celebrations by Brandi aside from being AMAZING! First off, she is an wonderful human being. I knew from the beginning that she was the one! Talking with her was like to talking to a girlfriend. She is genuinely kind, warm, fun, and easy to talk to over the phone. I regretted not hiring her from the beginning because I went with another wedding planner (The W Event Planner) due to budget, which was the biggest mistake ever! I ended up losing my deposit with the other event planner, but it was all worth it when I finally got the planner I really wanted from the beginning. I was very grateful that Brandi was still available for my wedding and that she was kind and understanding enough to take me back after explaining what had happened with the previous wedding planner I hired. “Erin is truly INCREDIBLE!! One of the best decisions I made for our wedding was hiring Erin as our planner! From the very first meeting, I knew our wedding was in great hands. We found Amber and her team through friend recommendation and once we met and spoke to Amber it was an instant connection. We knew she was the right person who would be able to manage and listen to our needs and expectations, and also deliver on our wedding day. On the day of our wedding, Amber ensured all our vendors were promptly on time and she also held our venue accountable for last moment changes, which saved us money. Amber knew all the right things to ask and she also provided great suggestions to make our wedding reception flow smooth. She’s responsive, thorough, super organized, and always goes the extra mile. Her pricing is an incredible value for the level of service she provides. We had our DIY wedding on State Park land, which comes with extra rules and requirements, and she handled every detail with ease. Diana is also really well connected in the wedding world and had excellent vendor recommendations - all people she’s worked with before and has great relationships with. Everything ran so smoothly, and it felt like we were working with one big, cohesive team. It was such a time and money saver to have her handle our florals and rentals too. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, and she helped us stay under budget. I had total confidence in all of her recommendations and it was a huge stress relief to let go of some of the details.
