Royal Icing of Maine, LLC is operated in Cumberland, Maine. While the bakery concept was conceptualized years ago; the opportunity arose in 2021 to take an idea and turn it into a reality. Sugar cookies are a dessert enjoyed by many. At Royal Icing of Maine we offer several flavors; vanilla, lemon, almond, chocolate & gingerbread (seasonal). All the royal icing is vanilla in flavor. Hanami Cake Design was born out of the desire to ensure that everyone can eat dessert whenever they want to! We offer luxury cakes and personalized dessert tables, including cupcakes, whoopie pies, tarts, macarons, pies, doughnuts, and more! We offer an entirely custom experience for our couples, from different sweets, to flavors and designs. We can also offer nearly everything in a variety of allergen-friendly options, including gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, nut-free, organic, and refined sugar free! We are passionate about creating a unique experience for our couples, a sustainable business for our planet, and dessert for all!

Petrova Chocolates was established in 2020 and since then we have been focusing on creating eye-catching, artisanal chocolate bonbons, truffles, chocolate bars and caramels with unique flavor combinations. Our chocolates are the perfect sweet touch to every event whether as a guest gift, a chocolate dessert table set-up or as a delicious name tag at every guest's seat. Hi! I'm Molly, owner of At Least, There Will Be Cake. With a background in pastry and a love of cake from my grandmother I opened my in-home bakery in 2017. My passion is to create delicious cakes with unique designs to enhance your special day of celebration.

Rachel is a classically trained pastry chef who studied at The Culinary Institute of America in both Napa Valley, California and Hyde Park, New York. She has worked all over the country in a myriad of hotels, restaurants, bakeries, and dessert bars before moving back to the Merrimack Valley in 2016 and starting The Baker's Rack in August 2018.

A recent transplant from NYC. Michelle has always been an avid baker and cook, Michelle enrolled in The Institute of Culinary Education’s School of Pastry and Baking Arts and graduated in September of 2013 with Highest Honors. Following her externship, Michelle launched her own business, Eat Great Cake where she creates custom cakes and pastries. Michelle attended the University of California San Diego and has completed numerous certificate programs in the culinary arts.

Owner Shauna Hinchen-Joyal studied pastry arts at Johnson and Wales University and has worked in the baking industry for over 20 years, making specialty event and wedding cakes as well as her signature pastries. Shauna and her husband and partner Bob have been trained by an expert baristas at Atomic Coffee Roasters and are proud to serve drinks brewed with their beans. All our espresso drinks are made with our gorgeous Italian made La Marzocco machine.

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

CHIC is a culmination of my retail, styling, and design background. Truthfully, the idea of this little biz was created while on lockdown during the pandemic, a little unorthodox I know, but I was determined. I identified this gap in the market the summer prior... after struggling to find a pretty dessert cart for an event at my client's new business launch. Viola! CHIC cotton candy was born, serving the cosmopolitan Boston market; giving a traditional childhood treat-- a chic upgrade. Wherever the party is, we want to be there for you! xo
