DJ Dominiq

My name is Dominiq and I have been in the wedding industry since 2006. I absolutely LOVE what I do. My middle name is Jakob so my name is literally DJ, I was born for this. I have 6 sisters so not only do I love what I do, but I believe in it as a hopeless romantic at heart. I enjoy bringing together families and friends to forget about their problems for a day and just enjoy life and celebrate.

What makes me different, I would say, is that I love challenging myself with different blends with different genres so my mixes never become stale. I enjoy reading the crowd and that "oohhhhhhhh" moment is what I strive for with dance floors. Challenge me with 2 genre's that shouldn't work and I will show you how to make them work, bringing together 2 different cultures.

    Best DJ ever !!!!!

    DJ Dominiq was truly the best DJ ever which is more important than you might realize for a wedding or any big event! I had to hunt him down from a previous wedding I had been to five years ago, but wow was he worth it. The amount of people who came up to me at my wedding to tell me how much they loved him tells you everything! He led the crowd and read the room perfectly, which made such a huge difference from weddings I’ve been to previously where they didn’t do that. I can’t say enough great things about DJ Dominiq, trust me you NEED him at your event!!!!

    Fantastic DJ

    DJ Dominiq was AMAZING for our wedding. He was proactive in his communication and planning and did everything so well the day of. We loved his energy not just on the dance floor but in all aspects of our day. He even hyped up the crowd leading up to the processional. We highly recommend DJ Dominiq

    Best DJ ever!

    Dominiq DJ’d for our wedding and it was amazing!! The music was exactly what we requested and everyone had such an amazing time. The dance floor was so fun!! He kept us on schedule and made all announcements. He even made sure guests gave us some space so we could sit and enjoy our dinner. The photo booth was amazing too!! We loved both of your personalities and cannot thank you guys enough!!

    Hire DJ Dom

    We were given DJ Dom’s information from a friend of a friend and we should probably send those folks some flowers or see’s candies because they hooked us up! Our playlist seemed odd on the surface (vitamin string quartet, 80’s ballads, pop punk, youtube songs, kid’s songs, etc) but Dom made it run together so seamlessly! Everyone was on the dance floor and gave us so many compliments on the flow of the wedding. Dom is not only a talented DJ, he is an absolute professional and gem to work with. He checked in with us multiple times during the process to make sure he had all the details correct, that we were all on the same page, and to give us a beautiful pep talk before the grand entrance. He was personable with our guests and everyone just loved him. Hire him now!

Yes absolutely! I encourage requests! I want to make your day yours so I love learning about my couples vision and making things unique to them. No two weddings are the same!
Yes definitely and it is a separate system than the reception so I am not breaking down and resetting up on the day of causing dead air. Smooth and comfortable is the key!
Yes I am, I have a 1 million dollar liability insurance that I can provide your venue with a COI upon request within 3 months of the event date.
This is one of my favorites. My style is chameleon, I am an open format DJ with years of experience of almost all genres. My favorite thing is making blends work for both families and friends. What you are looking for is what I can deliver. I love learning about my couples!!
