Second Song

Second Song is a boutique Wedding and Event DJ/MC service. We are a network of some of the most experienced and most referred DJ/MCs in Southern California, and specialize in DJs that focus on providing you with a complete music and planning experience.

The company was founded by experienced Wedding DJ and Business owner Robert Corrall. Rob had worked at some of the largest DJ companies in the industry, and wanted to build a company based on values, customer service, and looking after the DJs that they represent.

    Best decision hiring Second Song!

    Second Song made our wedding day so much easier from start to finish. Cale was an incredible DJ who kept our guests dancing all night long, and the team's communication throughout the planning process was prompt and thorough. We loved that they offer everything in one place—DJs, live musicians, lighting, and photo booths—which streamlined our decisions and took a lot of stress off our plates. Their suggestions were genuinely helpful and showed they cared about making our day special. Being able to handle so many aspects of the entertainment with one vendor meant we didn't have to juggle multiple contacts, and everything came together seamlessly. We'd highly recommend Second Song to any couple looking for a reliable, all-in-one entertainment solution for their wedding.

    Highly recommend

    Second Song was amazing!! Enrique is THE BEST, we love him!!! He was incredibly easy to work with and kept us in the loop without overwhelming us with constant check-ins. He remembered every single detail we asked for and even created a few personalized mixes that fit our vibe perfectly. The dance floor was packed all night, and we have to give credit to Enrique for reading the room so well. If you're considering it, definitely get a sax player- it elevated the whole experience and our guests couldn't stop talking about it. We truly couldn't have asked for a better DJ

    Second Song & DJ Lyn are the best!

    So glad we booked through Second Song! Their event team was on it and ensured all of our requests were executed flawlessly. DJ Lyn was the man! We had to pivot our ceremony last minute due to unforeseen weather, and he handled all the changes like a champ. Toward the end of the night, the dance floor was full for a solid two hours!

    We love Second Song!

    We had our wedding in September at South Coast Botanic Garden. Second Song was one of the first vendors we selected, and we loved working with them! Our booking included DJ Kahai (DJ), live violin (Olga), and live saxophone (Austin). All were incredible! DJ Kahai was very flexible during the planning process and was very patient with us as we organized our thoughts. He picked up exactly the vibe we were going for. On our wedding night, he kept the energy high and read the crowd perfectly! He was also very kind and interacted with our guests in a way that we really appreciated. Although we did not get to hear too much of Olga’s playing (she mostly played ahead of the ceremony and during cocktail hour), our guests raved about her. Austin was another crowd favorite, and everyone loved having him on the dance floor. He complemented the music perfectly. We could not be happier that we went with Second Song! They did such a good job that we’ve had multiple guests reach out to request their contact/booking information since our wedding. Thank you so much, Second Song!

    Excellent Experience with Second Song

    We booked Second Song for our wedding and couldn't have made a better choice. From the start, communication was smooth—the DJ even texted us personally two weeks before the big day to check in. DJ Shanalle delivered a flawless set for our reception and was an excellent MC who really knew how to read the crowd and keep the energy up. She arrived on time and made sure everything ran exactly as we planned. The whole package felt professional, experienced, and honestly perfect for what we needed. This experience guarantees a flawless setup for your event, no matter where it's held.
Second Song offers an array of additional services to enhance your event, including live musicians to pair with your DJ/MC, event lighting such as uplights for extra sparkles, special effects, disco ball, photo booths with social share or print, 360 photo booth, silent disco to keep the party going and sound system and equipment rentals, making your event truly spectacular.
Having worked at most wedding venues, and having more experience than you can imagine in providing DJ/MCs and services for weddings, we will be able to guide you through the process and let you know what you and don’t need.
Travel costs for our DJ services are typically included in our initial quote, whether your event is in Los Angeles, San Diego, or any of our service areas. For events outside these standard areas, additional travel fees may be applicable.
