Hello, my name is Allen. Thank you for taking the time to read a little bit about the past, present, and future of my passion for music. My first DJ event was in 2010 when a couple of my friends wanted to have a New Year’s Eve party. The opportunity of using a friend’s professional DJ equipment came about. The rest is history – I haven’t stopped since! I am constantly learning more and more each day and having fun while doing it. I’m like a kid on Christmas morning when I purchase a new piece of DJ equipment or get butterflies when someone books an event. I love playing music! Especially playing music people like.
I understand what it’s like being on the other end of the DJ booth so I’ve learned to cater to a variety of audiences with a variety of music. I heard someone once say “if you enjoy what you do for a living, you’ll never have to work another day in your life”. I honestly get that. Although I have a weekly job which I also enjoy, I am able to use my electronic skills as an electronics technician and apply some of the techniques to this fast-paced technology we’re in. Good Times DJ Service is passionate and professional in every aspect of the DJ industry.

We had a great experience working with Good Times DJ Service for our wedding. He was very communicative throughout the planning process, responding promptly to our questions over text, email, and phone calls. He took the time to understand our musical tastes and style, and it showed in his song selections at our reception. The dance floor was packed all night! He was professional, arrived on time, and kept everything organized. During the reception, he paid close attention to the crowd vibe and adjusted the music when needed to keep the party going strong. Allen was fantastic! He was friendly on the phone and put together a great music set for our wedding that had excellent sound quality. We wanted awesome music but not a DJ that was going to make himself the center of attention but would keep folks on the dance floor and that is exactly what we got. We also had a specific playlist we wanted used for a religious portion of the wedding and he provided just that.
