Having spent most my life in the entertainment business since starting out working professionally in the Theatre, Television and Various Talent Groups and Agencies eventually working my way as a Lead Performer / Vocalist & Emcee! My experience also includes several years working for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as the lead Performer on many Maiden Voyages. I absolutely love my work and take great pride in every celebration as if were my very own providing my clients with the trust & confidence I sincerely feel they deserve, always in good taste and moving in a festive and comfortable fashion!

The best DJ you’ll find!
I cannot recommend DJ Mike enough. Michael was recommended as a preferred vendor through our photographer so we already knew he was going to be great but working with him really showed us just how wonderful he is. We didn’t have a wedding planner so a lot of the planning was up to us as the couple, but Michael ended up being the biggest help there. We had four zoom meetings with him and within the first one he helped us make our day-of timeline, and that was the one we went off of and gave the rest of our vendors. We provided him with our playlists for cocktail hour, reception, dancing and he made it super easy. On the wedding day, he was set up with all his sound systems and they sounded fantastic. He has SUCH a great DJ/MC voice and he made sure the night ran smooth. And when the dancing started, all of a sudden we saw all these glow sticks and necklaces and glasses and props being passed out that he brought! Our guests loved it!! I’m still having people tell me how much fun those were and how great the DJ was. Michael was so great to work with and I cannot recommend him enough. If you want the best DJ around, this is your guy!

Did an amazing job at our wedding!
Ovation Entertainment and Dj Mike did such an incredible job on our wedding! There were so many times my fiancé and I were feeling overwhelmed and stressed during wedding planning, but every time we had a meeting with Mike, we always felt energized, accomplished, and excited again. Mike is very responsive, professional, and organized. Mike helped us plan out the timing of our events and recommended the perfect songs for moments where we hadn’t yet figured out which songs to play. Mike even helped suggest non-music related things for us, like certain pictures we should have our photographer capture (we followed his recommendations and love those shots, btw.) Ovation’s online portal is easy to fill out and add songs to. When it came to the actual wedding, Ovation did a great job at engaging the crowd and getting people to get on the dance floor. We’d recommend them to anyone!

Well deserved 5 stars!
Please believe the overwhelming positive reviews - Michael was amazing! We were recommended Michael from our coordinator and we are so happy that was the case. From our first meeting Michael was professional and very obviously an expert in his profession. He knew the pieces of the puzzle that needed to be put together like speaker placement, microphones, time line, etc. It made us confident the day would be perfect. The wedding day was as perfect as it could be and was as expected. Michael was the perfect DJ to work with, told us to cue him if we were ready to "move on" during songs or dances, etc. It felt seamless. During the dancing, he kept the dance floor packed, which was important to us. Our guests raved about him - the music, the vibes, the light up party supplies. We all had a great time. Thank you, Michael for the incredible day.

Dance the night away!! :)
I don’t even know how to put into words how grateful I am for Michael—the world’s best wedding DJ. I first saw Michael in action at a wedding I attended a few years ago. We had such an incredible time that I turned to my boyfriend and said, “When we get married, I want him as our DJ.” Fast forward three years—we got engaged, and I immediately looked up Michael and reached out. And I’m so glad I did, because he was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Not only did Michael help us create the perfect wedding day timeline, but he also took the time to really get to know us as a couple. He gathered all the little details to personalize the day and make everything feel truly us. Over the five months of planning, we met with him 3–4 times (both in person and via Zoom). Each time, he came incredibly prepared—he had a full draft timeline ready from the very first meeting and offered helpful suggestions to improve the flow of the day. He was always open to our ideas, gave us his honest professional opinion when needed, and made sure we were 100% happy with every decision. He even helped us choose songs for those “blank” moments when we couldn’t decide. His input was spot-on and made those moments even more special. On the wedding day, Michael arrived early, set up quickly, and made everything look amazing—the lighting was perfect. The ceremony music was timed flawlessly, and everything ran so smoothly. When it came time for our grand entrance, Michael got everyone hyped up, setting the perfect tone for the evening. He kept us on schedule but was also flexible when needed. And the absolute highlight of the night? The dancing. My husband and I love to dance—it’s our favorite part of weddings—and Michael made sure it was the best dance party ever. He brought so much energy (and even fun dance props!) that kept the party going strong. Our friends and family kept raving about how much fun they had, and many told us it was the most fun they’ve ever had dancing at a wedding. So many people told us the best part of our wedding was the DJ—and we couldn’t agree more. Choosing Michael was one of the best decisions we made. He helped create a night we’ll never forget, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Michael!

The BEST DJ!
Michael is the ONLY choice for your wedding or event so if you are in need of DJ services look no further. Michael DJ’d our wedding in November 2024 and we couldn’t have made a better choice. The entire process leading up to our wedding day he was very communicative. We had a total of 3-4 calls with Michael where he documented the flow of the entire day, the music that would be played and all of the specifics that were important to my husband and I. He was so thorough and it made us feel so at ease going into our wedding day. I think something that sets Michael apart is his ability to be so personable to a couple and their needs. Shortly after getting to know us, he was able to craft the perfect day and recommend music choices that were exactly what we were looking for that we probably never would have thought of! The day of he was on time, efficient & very professional. The music from the pre-ceremony drinks all the way through the end of the night was spot on. The dance floor was PACKED all night and we received so many compliments from friends and family on how fun the night was. Michael read the room so well and changed the music/vibe depending on how the crowd was feeling, there truly never was a dull moment on the dance floor. I am also so thankful for his sound set-up when it came to the ceremony. His set-up allowed us to have audio of our vows in the highest quality that our photographers then used for our videos that we will be able to look back and listen to for years to come. We cannot thank him and his team enough for how smoothly everything went and how seamless he made the night feel. We would absolutely recommend him over and over again!
