    You better book SL Events!!!

    Sean and Lindsay were the best DJ and wedding planner duo we could've ever asked for! Sean sat with us through multiple calls to really understand what kind of music we wanted, and he never just pulled from a standard wedding playlist. He asked great questions about the vibe we wanted for each part of the night, and factored in how we envisioned the flow of the wedding into his music choices and how he approached MCing. Lindsay played a major part in our planning process. She went above and beyond in everything she did and helped us design a wedding that fit us perfectly. She helped us hone in on our vision for the wedding and executed it even better than we thought was possible. From the decor to the flowers to the menus, everything was just perfect! She and Sean worked together seamlessly, staying organized and in sync on every detail, so the look, feel and sound of our wedding never felt disjointed. That's no small feat, and they made it look effortless! On the day itself, Sean read the crowd perfectly. He kept the energy up on the dance floor without it ever feeling forced and made sure every important moment landed exactly the way we pictured it. Our guests are still talking about how fun, unique and heartfelt our wedding was!     Choose SL!!

    We’re so happy we hired SL Events for our wedding! The whole night flowed seamlessly and he captured our vision perfectly. Sean was super flexible, worked with us to ensure all of our wishes were met, and made excellent recommendations based on his ample experience. Sean was very professional and coordinated independently with our venue to ensure a smooth set up and transitions throughout the night. Sean’s communication and preparedness is remarkable. On top of all that, Sean had great energy and awesome playlists and mixes to keep the party going! In our package with Sean, we added on the audio guest book and Photo Booth for our wedding. Our guests loved leaving messages and sharing stories and taking fun pictures. For us, it was a creative way to preserve even more memories. We had lots and laughs and tears listening back after the wedding! With all the stressful decisions that come with wedding planning, Sean made this part of planning fun, exciting, and effortless! I highly recommend Sean to anyone looking for a fun, stress-free addition to their wedding!

    Best Duo Ever!!

    Lindsey and Sean were INCREDIBLE!! They were so thoughtful throughout the whole process, diligently planning and caring for our event. The day of- Sean was not only an excellent Dj but a perfect MC. He helped hype everyone up, get the party started, and move things smoothly!! Amazing team

    Very helpful & musically inclined!

    SL Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very first call, their communication was quick, understanding, and punctual - they made the entire planning process a breeze. On the day of, their work was wonderful, amazing, and perfect. They helped us create a beautiful project to honor my grandfather that was the highlight of the reception. We couldn't have asked for a better band and DJ to make our special day so memorable. Highly recommend SL Events to any couple looking for top-notch entertainment and service.

I try to match the guests! I follow any dress codes I am given, and I am always happy to lean in for a theme - I have even dressed as a wizard (at the couples request).
Of course! Our in-depth preparation process ensures we have all songs you request, new and old.
If that is what the couple wants, of course! If you would prefer I play from a playlists we discussed, I can do that, too! I do whatever I can to follow the guidelines given to me, and I am happy to lean in whatever direction you would like me to.
