You already have enough to worry about. We handle the (personal information protected by Zola) & Beyond Hospitality is a husband-and-wife-owned wedding bar service based in Davis, serving Sacramento, Napa, Sonoma, the Bay Area, Lake Tahoe and throughout Northern California. From planning and prep to setup, service and cleanup, we take care of the bar so you don’t have to.

We show up ready. Custom bar setups, experienced bartenders, ice, mixers, house-made syrups, garnishes, cocktail menus, non-alcoholic options and everything needed to keep service moving. You purchase the alcohol and keep what’s left; we build the shopping list and tell you exactly what and how much to buy. No folding table pretending to be a bar. No scrambling for something halfway through cocktail hour.

    Above and Beyond Hospitality provided amazing bar services and beverages for our wedding. Their communication style was professional, timely, and they summarized everything very well. The quality of their work and value was top-notch - they offered amazing service, were very professional, and made all our guests feel comfortable. They contributed greatly to our special day, setting up and cleaning up seamlessly. They also provided helpful suggestions on food pairings, party layout, and people flow.     We absolutely loved working with Kyle and Misty for our wedding. They truly do go above and beyond in both their preparation and delivery at the bar. Beforehand, Kyle came to our house and mixed several drinks he had customized for us to sample, each with personalized names. They were INCREDIBLE. We actually almost couldn’t choose just three. 😂 At the event, their station was immaculate. Their backdrop is stunning and they personalized it to our event with pictures of my husband and I from our engagement shoot. They displayed a beautiful menu of their offerings that was also personalized to our theme. Guests were truly ranting and raving about how good the drinks were at our wedding. Kyle and Misty have such a wealth of experience behind the bar and it shows. They are well prepared, comprehensive, and efficient on top of talented.     I hired Above & Beyond for my husband’s 50th surprise party. I wanted to elevate the party and get to hang with guests instead of directing people to a cooler. I could not have been more blown away by A&B from booking to cleanup. They curated an incredible, themed menu for the party. They thought of everything. Every drink was incredible, made with handcrafted ingredients that my guests could not stop raving about. They made berry moscow mule popsicles to enjoy in prosecco! It was ridiculous. As a bonus, most of the drinks could be served NA so no guest felt left out. They made sure every guest was attended to and the clean up made my host heart so relieved. I can’t say enough about my experience with Above & Beyond. Hire them- it’s worth it!!

We’re based in Davis, Ca and serve weddings and events throughout Sacramento, Napa, Sonoma, the Bay Area, Lake Tahoe and Northern California. We travel regularly, so if your venue is outside that area, reach out. If the event makes sense, chances are we can get there.
If you can dream it, we can make it. We’d rather build drinks people actually want than chase trends for the sake of it. Think clarified cocktails, spritzes, espresso martinis, cocktail popsicles, smoked cocktails, custom garnishes and elevated zero-proof drinks. We’ll take your favorite flavors, season and overall vibe and turn them into a menu that feels like your event.
It protects you, your guests, and your venue. Licensed and insured bartenders know how to serve responsibly and handle whatever comes up. Many local venues, like The Maples and Park Winters, require it. We’re fully insured so you can relax knowing everything’s covered.
Plan for about 2 drinks per guest in the first hour, then 1 drink each hour after. For a 4-hour wedding with 100 guests, that’s around 400 drinks. We usually suggest a mix of beer, wine, and 2–3 cocktails. We’ll also build you a shopping list with exact quantities and brands, so you don’t overspend or run out.
A lot of bars show up with a 6ft folding table and a few bottles. We design the entire experience. That means custom-built bars, back-bar shelving that feels like décor, crystal-clear ice, handcrafted garnishes, and licensed bartenders with decades of experience. It’s effortless for you, and it leaves your guests talking long after the party’s over. No folding tables and no asking your planner halfway through cocktail hour if anyone brought a wine key.
We’re a dry-hire bar service, which means you purchase the alcohol and keep what’s left. We make it easy with a custom shopping list based on your guest count and menu. Honestly, that’s where a lot of the value is — you control the budget and can go top shelf, keep it approachable, or mix the two. Buying by the case, handles, or through a local bottle shop can save a ton compared with marked-up alcohol packages. We can even help source harder-to-find bottles when your menu calls for them.
We handle the bar from planning through cleanup. That includes professional bartenders, a styled bar setup, up to 3 signature cocktails, ice, cups, napkins, mixers, house-made syrups, garnishes, custom menus, 2 canned non-alcoholic options, a bar top water station and a custom alcohol shopping list. Staffing is based on your guest count and menu, so the bar actually keeps moving.
