With a degree in Hospitality Management and 15+ years of experience in luxury resorts & high volume events, every bar is executed with organization, efficiency, & polished hospitality. We specialize in custom signature cocktails, thoughtful bar presentation, and creating a seamless guest experience. Services include experienced bartenders, guided shopping lists, complimentary bar signage, and coordination with your event timeline so the bar runs smoothly from the first pour to the last. Specializing in weddings & private celebrations.

We approach every event with the same level of preparation and attention to detail. Mel & her team are known for being fast, organized, and genuinely engaging behind the bar. The bar naturally becomes the heartbeat of a celebration, & our team keeps service flowing with energy, personality, & efficiency so guests are served quickly and the atmosphere stays lively. Everything is designed to leave a lasting impression long after the celebration ends. Because we operate as a dry hire service, clients provide the alcohol while we provide the bartending team & bar setup. Pricing is hourly per bartender and tailored to guest count and event needs.

Signature Cocktail Bar Service

Description

Our Signature Cocktail Bar Service is the foundation of most weddings we support & is designed to create a smooth, engaging bar experience for you & your guests. As a dry hire service, clients provide the alcohol while we provide the professional bartending team, bar setup, & full bar service. Packages are customized based on guest count, service hours, & event needs. Pricing begins at $125 per hour for the first bartender.

Would recommend!
Mel was warm, friendly, and a pleasure to work with as we prepared for our wedding. She was extremely helpful and adaptable in problem-solving whenever unexpected situations came up, and she suggested adding pear syrup to one of our signature cocktails, which guests loved. She also created an adorable Canva sign for our signature drinks that guests complimented. Her prices were very reasonable, and she was dependable from start to finish. We'd wholeheartedly recommend Mel to any couple planning their wedding.

Melanie properly staffed the event so guests felt taken care of, tables were cleared, guests had drinks and the space was clean and maintained throughout the night. During the event there was an issue with water and Melanie was able to handle the problem without there being a break in the quality of service providedTo the guests . Her past experience as a bartender/waitress shows in the quality of care she brings to your event.

Best Bartender in the World
Mel bartended an event for us and was absolutely fantastic! She was professional, friendly, and kept the energy fun the entire time. The drinks were great, she worked quickly even when things got busy, and she made sure everyone was taken care of. So many people at the event commented on how great she was. She really helped make the whole night run smoothly, and we’d definitely have her bartend for us again. Highly recommend Mel for any event!

Melanie exceeded every expectation. I initially hired her to decorate my wedding ceremony and reception space since my venue did not provide those services. I ended up utilizing her for so much more! She ran my rehearsal dinner, reviewed all of my contracts, coordinated timelines with all of my vendors, managed my ceremony, and stayed after to break down and pack up. She even brought in her own cake stand and signage to let me use because they were details I had forgotten. She took the time to understand my vision in the weeks prior and everything turned out better than I could have imagined. I really don’t know what I would have done without her. I would recommend her 100 times over.

I hired Mel as the bartender for my sister’s surprise 40th birthday party, and she was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, she was professional, friendly, and so easy to work with. She kept the drinks flowing all night, made great recommendations, and created such a fun, welcoming vibe for all of our guests. Everyone kept commenting on how great she was! She truly helped make the night special and stress-free. I would 100% recommend Mel for any event—you won’t be disappointed!
