    Gloria Jean Cake Company far exceeded my expectations! From the outstanding customer service to the thoughtful suggestions for the cake design, the entire experience was exceptional. Kawana was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, taking the time to answer my questions and helping me create the perfect cake. The cake itself was absolutely delicious—moist, flavorful, and everything I had hoped for. Everyone who tasted it commented on how amazing it was! Kawana was a true pleasure to work with. She was professional, kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. The overall quality, from start to finish, was outstanding.     Not one piece remaining...the red velvet cheesecake prepared was a DELICIOUS and very pretty! Andy my grandson loves the chocolate chip cookies!!!! Will definitely shop again.
