Our Pastry Chefs have over 15 years of experience creating custom cakes and desserts. We take pride in our desire to work with you step by step to create custom cakes, desserts, and favors. We aim to create the highest quality product by using as many local and seasonal ingredients as possible. We believe that through a delicious cake and an exquisite design your perfect result will be achieved.
They are inspired directly by what is in season and growing in the local farms and gardens, incorporating fresh herbs and spices as well as using as many local and fresh produce as possible. They are also driven to erase the general belief that pastries must be sweet by introducing a number of savory flavors into traditionally sweet products. We desire to surprise and excite your senses while you are enjoying our pastries. Bon appetite!

Horrible customer service and frozen cake
Cake was still partially frozen so with the 8" tier we were supposed to cut through we had to stab through the side to get about a 2" piece to do the cake tasting Sent an email on 6/30 to let them know what I'd be dropping off the week of the wedding to go on the cake table which the replied with "got it". When I went to the bakery 4 days before the wedding they said they never said that and refused to follow through with what I had documented from them WARNING TO BRIDES: DO NOT USE ZEST BAKERY I did email them after the wedding to voice my concerns and the won't discuss the frozen cake and blamed the venue on not wanting to set up the cake table even though in the contract it says "set up and delivery" and I have an email of them agreeing to bringing the knife, server, Togo containers and a Mr &Mrs sign

Zest is the best!!! The baker we had initially hired backed out before our wedding, but Zest was incredibly accommodating (they even allowed me to add a mini birthday cake to my order three days before my wedding!!) Communication with their team was smooth and responsive, which made the whole experience stress free. They arrived on time the day of our wedding and created a really nice dessert display that guests loved. Our cake turned out exactly as we'd requested, and every bite was delicious (even though we only got one slice among the chaos)! The quality and presentation were absolutely worth the investment. We recommend Zest Fresh Pastry!

Our cake and tiramisu tower from Zest were amazing! All of our guests were raving about them! We were allowed to pick multiple flavors for our tiers, which was really fun! Gabriella was so easy to work with and the whole process was a breeze.

The Perfect Wedding Cake!
Zest did an amazing job on our wedding cake. The process for the at home tasting was so fun, they were responsive to work with, and nailed to the design we wanted. They were also able to make separate cupcakes to accommodate a few of our guests with dietary restrictions. Everyone loved the cake!

BOOK ZEST FOR YOUR CAKES AND DESSERTS!
Congratulations! Your search for your wedding cake/dessert vendor has come to an end. The Zest team is incredible to work with. We were navigating some dietary restrictions (Gluten Free, Dairy Free, etc.), and Gabriella was incredibly patient answering all of our questions. Their communication was top notch. The on-the-go tasting still involved a conversation with Gabriella at their shop, and it was informative without feeling pressured or sales-pitchy. It was a fun experience that allowed me and my husband to have a fun little picnic and taste all the yummy items. The options available for cakes and desserts is truly incredible. There's something for every taste preference. Some highlights: The gluten free chocolate cake was incredible. The regular chocolate was also ROCKIN' with the chocolate mousse. The red velvet was moist and the cream cheese filling had a great zing to it. The chocolate sea salt caramel tarts were a major crowd pleaser (one guest said they could die happy because they had eaten it, and it was the best thing they've ever tasted). The s'mores cookies are so unique, and the mini whoopie pies are such a fun whimsical treat. The chocolate covered strawberries also received five star reviews across the board. Beyond taste, the team brought our vision for the cake to life. They nailed the Lambeth design from our inspo pics! Delivery was seamless on our end as well. Our biggest regret of the wedding is only getting a few bites of cake! We will be coming back for anniversaries to come to get some treats. From the bottom of our hearts (and stomachs) we recommend Zest!
