WEDDING OF OUR DREAMS
I genuinely don't know how to put into words just how incredible our experience with Connecticut Wedding Group was. My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams, and somehow, throughout the entire evening, guest after guest kept coming up to tell us it was the best wedding they had ever attended. And I truly believe that is a testament to the extraordinary team at CWG. What makes Connecticut Wedding Group so special is their ability to make you feel like yours is the only wedding in the world. From the very beginning, we felt so genuinely cared for, supported, and prioritized. We planned our entire wedding from across the country, and I cannot emphasize enough how seamless they made the experience. We could have been living 3000 miles away or right next door to the venue, and I don't think the planning process could have been any easier. Their organization, communication, professionalism, and attention to detail are simply unmatched. And I say this as someone who works professionally in event planning! I have worked with countless venues, vendors, and event teams throughout my career, and I can confidently say that Connecticut Wedding Group is in a league of its own. If I could work exclusively with this team for every corporate event I plan for the rest of my career, I would do it in a heartbeat. They have truly set a new standard for what exceptional hospitality and event execution look like. A very special shout-out to Sean, our event manager, and Mary, our day-of coordinator. I cannot imagine having gone through this experience without them. The wedding concierge service is worth every single penny, and we were fortunate enough to have the most incredible people looking after us. Mary, in particular, made me feel so completely taken care of on my wedding day. There was never a moment when I felt like I needed to worry about a single thing. I was able to be fully present, soak in every moment, and just enjoy marrying my best friend. That is such an incredible gift to give a bride. I'll never forget walking into our venue on our wedding day and feeling my jaw quite literally drop. Everything was absolutely STUNNING. Every detail had come together more beautifully than I could have imagined, and the entire evening unfolded with such effortless precision. The pacing, the transitions, the service, the atmosphere. Everything was flawless. And THE FOOD!!! I cannot even begin to explain how phenomenal the food was. We had so many guests tell us it was the best wedding food they had ever had, and we couldn't agree more. The care and thoughtfulness the team put into accommodating our guests' dietary restrictions and allergies also meant so much to us. Every guest was made to feel considered and cared for, which speaks volumes about the kind of hospitality CWG delivers. I also have to mention their incredible relationships within the wedding industry. Every single vendor we worked with was outstanding, and it was so clear that CWG has built relationships with people who share their commitment to excellence. From beginning to end, we felt like we were surrounded by the absolute best. I know people say their wedding day was the best day of their lives, but I truly, wholeheartedly mean it when I say that ours was. And so much of that is because of Connecticut Wedding Group. Can't recommend The Pavilion enough!
From our first conversation with The Pavilion on Crystal Lake, we knew we had found our venue. The team was responsive, upbeat, and genuinely excited to help us plan our wedding day. What really set them apart was how accommodating they were with every request we had—they made it easy to customize our event to feel like ours. Our day-of manager Eddie was incredible; he stayed one step ahead of us the whole time, answering questions we hadn't even asked yet and keeping everything running smoothly with such positive energy. He made sure my husband and I were comfortable and taken care of every step of the way. The venue itself is gorgeous, the pricing was transparent, and everything was organized down to the smallest detail. To top it off, the food was incredible! From cocktail hour to dinner to dessert, I definitely wasn't a bride who forgot to eat. We received dozens of compliments from our guests on our venue and the food/drinks. We can't thank The Pavilion on Crystal Lake enough for making our day so special.

Wedding Review
We had a great experience with CT Wedding Group! Everyone was incredibly welcoming, organized, and easy to work with throughout the planning process. As an LGBTQ interracial couple, we felt comfortable, respected, and welcomed throughout the entire experience, which meant a lot to us. We really appreciated the flexible payment schedule and their willingness to work with us to create the wedding we wanted. The food was fantastic, and our guests had so many great things to say about both the food and the service. One suggestion that could make the process even better would be having a final meeting or call with the person who will be the primary coordinator for the wedding day. With so many people involved, it can be overwhelming communicating specific details to multiple people, and small things can sometimes get lost. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with CT Wedding Group and are genuinely grateful for everything they did to help make our wedding special. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a wedding. They were welcoming, flexible, organized, and helped bring our vision to life!
