Karla and her team arrived on time and got right to work, incorporating our decorations with precision and care. Throughout the evening, they stayed attentive to every detail—keeping food platters full, honoring guest requests, and ensuring refreshments were always within reach. What really stood out was their professionalism paired with genuine warmth; they smiled genuinely and moved through the space like they were invested in making our day special. It's clear Ashling takes pride in their work, and it showed in everything they did. We'd recommend them to any couple looking for caterers who treat your wedding like it matters. Engagement party
From our first conversation with Ashling's Catering, we knew we were in good hands. The team was responsive and thoughtful in every detail, walking us through their vision with genuine warmth and care. On the day of our engagement party, they truly showed up for us, from the crafted signs for our signature drinks and candy bar to having someone circulate with beverages all afternoon, every touch felt intentional and special. My fiancé and I felt celebrated throughout, and if anything went wrong behind the scenes, we never knew about it because they handled everything so smoothly. Their hard work and passion for making our day feel unique really shined through. We can't thank Ashling's Catering enough for the outstanding service and dedication they brought to our celebration.
