Maximina Catering, inspired by Chef Cynthia’s cherished grandmother Maximina, is a heartfelt tribute to the power of food to connect generations and cultures, like the Peruvian, from whom they were born. Named after the matriarch who taught Cynthia that every great meal begins with family and fresh ingredients, Maximina Catering brings the warmth of homemade cooking to every event.

    I would give Chef Cynthia 10000 stars if I could!

    We used Maximina catering for our wedding and I knew from the tasting that it would be INCREDIBLE. Everyone was so impressed (and excited for) the food. From the appetizers to the main meal - perfection. She even made sure everything was gluten free for me. Chef Cynthia is so incredibly talented, kind, and accomodating!
