BloomScape Events is a Charlotte, NC-based event design studio creating custom decor for weddings, showers, and celebrations. We design no generic setups — every installation is built around your vision, from giant glowing floral arches to fully styled picnic setups. From the first conversation to the final candle, we handle every detail so you can simply be present.

No cookie-cutter packages or off-the-shelf balloon arches. Every BloomScape design is custom-built around your story — including freestanding, life-size blooming installations lit from within, new to Charlotte. We handle setup and teardown start to finish, so your day feels effortless from arrival to last dance.

    I worked with this company for the decor of my birthday celebration and I was really impressed with the whole experience. They had a very different approach and offered ideas that were not like what I was seeing from other companies. Everything looked beautiful, but at the same time very personal and not “the same as everyone else

Event rentals are included in our Grand package as specified. Additional rentals may be available for other packages and can be added based on your event needs.
Yes. We serve Charlotte and surrounding areas. Travel and additional installation fees may apply depending on the venue location.
Once you submit your inquiry, we’ll discuss your wedding vision, venue, date, and guest count. From there, we’ll refine the design details and create a cohesive décor plan for your celebration.
We use a thoughtful combination of fresh and premium Real Touch florals throughout our designs. Fresh flowers are used for table centerpieces and other arrangements where they create the greatest impact. For backdrops and ceremony installations, we often use high-quality Real Touch florals that look remarkably lifelike and are designed to withstand changing weather conditions, making them ideal for outdoor celebrations. Upon request, Real Touch florals can be replaced with fresh flowers for an additional fee.
