Meraki Weddings provides professional wedding ceremony audio for Tri-Cities, WA couples who don't need a full DJ, just reliable microphones, speakers, and music playback so your vows are heard clearly, indoors or out. Every booking includes two wired mics, two speakers, and an on-site operator running your cues from processional to recessional. Speeches, cocktail hour, and reception audio are covered in the same day rate, no upsell surprise. Backed by Meraki Audio, a recording and live-sound studio in Richland, WA, we serve weddings within 30 miles of the Tri-Cities, up to 300 guests.

We're not a DJ company. We're audio specialists focused on one thing: making sure your ceremony is heard perfectly. No emceeing, no dance-floor lighting, no song curation, just reliable microphones, speakers, and an operator who stays for your entire booking rather than a drop-and-go setup. Reception and speech audio is included in our day rate, so there's no upsell surprise. It's simple, professional ceremony sound from a team with a real recording studio background.

    Professional Staff & Equipment

    As a singer/songwriter who has performed at many weddings and private events, you never know what you are walking into and how easy/difficult logistics will be. Meraki Audio was delightful to work with and enhanced the whole experience, allowing me to focus on my performance rather than worrying about gear and sound quality. With professional staff, high-end equipment and engineering expertise, they are ready to assist performers with everything they need and more for a seamless event. Highly recommend!

As a multifaceted artist, musician, engineer, producer and small business owner, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to any project he is a part of and approaches each collaboration with careful attention and craftsmanship. Andrew produced my last two EPs, providing helpful creative direction and artistic support in addition to high quality production services and instrumental contributions. He’s also been an exceptional live sound engineer for me on numerous occasions, in both solo and full-band settings. No. Ceremony audio and DJ services are two different things. A DJ typically covers reception music and entertainment; ceremony audio is just microphones, speakers, and music playback for your vows. Plenty of couples book one without the other.
Most ceremonies work well with two: one for the officiant and one for the couple, readers, or musicians. Larger wedding parties or multiple readers may need more, depending on your format.
For a very small, quiet indoor space, maybe. For most ceremonies, especially outdoors, a single Bluetooth speaker struggles with range, wind noise, and reliably amplifying a voice at the volume vows are usually spoken at.
Usually, yes. Wind, distance, and open-air acoustics all work against sound the way walls and ceilings would help indoors, even with a smaller guest count.
Yes. An operator is on-site running sound for your entire booking, not just dropping off equipment. If needed, that can extend to your rehearsal and reception too.
Yes, as an add-on billed at our day rate.
We comfortably support weddings up to 300 guests. Larger events can be arranged through Meraki Audio directly.
Meraki Weddings is based in Richland, Washington and serves venues within approximately 150 miles of the Tri-Cities. This includes much of Eastern Washington and nearby communities. Travel fees may apply depending on the venue’s location.
No. Pricing is the same regardless of venue type.
Power is required at the venue, a minimum of two dedicated 120V outlets. We don't currently offer battery-powered equipment.
We'll do everything we can to make your event happen as planned. If a last-minute move takes the venue outside our normal service area, a travel fee may apply.
Yes, it's included in your day rate as long as it's part of the order of events and playlist you provide. Subwoofers for dance-floor bass are the one add-on charge for reception.
Our standard wedding sound service is $800 for the day. It includes ceremony and reception audio, professional equipment, subwoofers, setup, soundcheck, music playback and an on-site audio operator. Wireless microphones and applicable travel fees are additional.
Yes, a 20% deposit holds your date.
Cancel or reschedule more than 45 days before your date and your deposit is refunded. Inside 45 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
