Based in Quinton, Virginia, Oh My Transport (OMT) is known for turning wedding transportation into something couples don’t have to think about. We’re a local, family-owned company serving the Williamsburg area, and we genuinely care about getting the details right—because the details are what make the day feel effortless. Every wedding has its own rhythm, and we build a transportation plan around yours—venue timing, hotel locations, ceremony start, reception flow, and those little moments like a photo stop or a perfectly timed grand exit. If the timeline shifts (because weddings do), we stay flexible and adjust smoothly without adding stress. Couples also choose OMT for our professionalism and consistency.     Stellar communication, seamless service

    We worked with Oh My Transport! for our July 2026 wedding to transport our guests and the bridal party to and from the venue. The owners were attentive to every detail, including the customized letters on the bus that they changed just for us. The bus was clean, they were so easy to communicate with, and even accommodated some last minute transportation needs. The bus is clean and comfortable and it made our day so easy because we knew our guests would safely and comfortably get to and from our venue even in the rural Virginia mountains. I cannot recommend OMT more highly. Also, if you like a sing along, they have a bluetooth speaker you can patch into to rock out to some Taylor Swift (or whatever). 12/10.

We require a minimum booking of 3 hours.
No. We only charge for deadhead time, which is the time it takes for the bus to travel to your pickup location and return to our bus yard, plus the time the bus is actively providing transportation. For example, if you book three hours and only need the bus for 1.5 hours to take guests to the venue and 1.5 hours to bring them back, you are only paying for that transportation time. The tradeoff is that the bus will not remain available to you during the gap in service.
A lot of different factors go into your trip, such as which vehicle you would like to book, the pickup and drop off locations, one-way vs round trip, etc. You are not obligated to pay for the trip or put a deposit or retainer down at this time. If you want to reserve the booking after receiving a quote, just let us know and you can pay the deposit.
Oh My Transport is based in New Kent and we can provide service anywhere within Virginia. OMT is not able to cross state lines at this time.
Generally, our fleet will fit most locations. Our standard bus is 30 feet long, a little over 11 feet tall, 8 feet wide, and, fully loaded, weighs 31,000 pounds. Most commercial venues can accommodate our buses without issue. Please check that your venue can accommodate our buses before booking. Most hotels offer curbside loading zones and we’ll typically load/unload near the main lobby entrance. Your hotel’s front desk will know where we are located on your day. If your venue needs information from us, please share the contact information so we can coordinate.
