WeddingCore was created for couples who want their wedding day to feel magical without feeling overwhelming. We’re a husband-and-wife team based in Pittsburgh, offering day-of, on-site wedding décor and full cleanup services rooted in a wildflower, fairycore aesthetic — think candelabras, mismatched floral china, goblets, lanterns, and wooden arches. Our goal is simple: to lift the mental and physical burden of decor and cleanup so couples can be fully present on their wedding day. We handle setup, styling, and teardown and leave the space cared for because celebrating love shouldn’t end in exhaustion.

Sustainability is core to what we do. WeddingCore primarily uses secondhand and vintage pieces, giving beautiful items a second life and reducing waste. We are everyday people helping other everyday people celebrate love in a way that feels true to them. Our lead designer brings experience in film set design, which means we approach weddings like storytelling spaces. Whether you’re planning a micro-wedding, an artsy celebration, or a budget-conscious event, we’re here to make your day magical. We proudly serve all couples and embrace LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent clients. Love is not one-size-fits-all, and weddings shouldn’t be either.
