I’ve been an event planner for 35 years. As a sales director at a hotel in Oriskany, NY, I planned huge events. I didn’t panic when our ballroom ceiling leaked during a huge rainstorm the day of a large 200 person wedding reception. I had every plant throughout the hotel brought to the ball room and placed under each of the leaks. The couple loved the look and had zero stress! I’ve planned 5/10 k races at a 5 star country club where I obtained sponsors and prizes from The New York Yankees, New Balance, Smoothie King and more! I have officiated weddings on Florida beaches, online during Covid, atop a Ferris wheel in Seattle, to name a few.

We meet many of your wedding needs: florals, rentals, officiating, day of coordinating, planning. Whether it’s a white screen shadow grand entrance, a 20 cold sparkler hand held wand grand exit, a custom kid’s corner with lots of activities, Nintendo switch and games, fresh and/or faux florals, a luxury dessert table display, or our one of a kind audio/video guest telephone booth, let us help your vision come to life! The Perfect Coordinator
Working with Excellence in Details (aka Carrie, aka my mom aka momma c) was truly a gift. She worked on planning my wedding with me from July 2025-July 2026, and it was a beautiful process of connecting and thinking through every detail of the most perfect day. She put so much thought into every idea I had, and brought genuine care to every detail—from the flowers to the overall vision of our day. She treated our wedding like it was her own, and her thoughtful and selfless approach meant that nothing was overlooked, and every arrangement felt intentional and special. I truly believe our wedding day wouldn't have been the same without Excellence In Details. Thank you!!!

Our Best Day Ever - Thanks Excellence in Details
We were looking for a wedding planner who could help bring our vision to life, and Excellence In Details absolutely delivered. From our first meeting with Carrie and Steve DeLisle, we felt heard and supported every step of the way. They took our ideas about wanting something innovative and intimate, then created an entire weekend in Seattle that culminated in our wedding on a glass bottom ferris wheel—something we never could have imagined on our own. What impressed us most was how organized and thoughtful they were, especially coordinating everything for the full weekend, meals, flowers, our Airbnb, etc. Carrie even married us with the most loving nuptials, which tells you everything about how invested they are in making your day special. Excellence In Details is worth every penny, and we love telling our story from the flowers and weekend wedding details they created for us.

Our special day
We couldn’t have asked for a better officiant/planner/florist for our wedding! Carrie was incredibly kind, organized, thoughtful, and made our special day feel absolutely seamless. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and we are so grateful for all she did to make our wedding so beautiful and memorable. We highly recommend her!
