Flower Boys
Indianapolis, IN is the home to Flower Boys. Started in 2017 by Jake Smith and Jake Rupp, the Flower Boys are two flower enthusiasts with the former having generations of history in the floral industry. Today, The Flower Boys continues to flourish, earning a reputation as a reliable resource to any couple planning their big occasion. At Flower Boys, our couples are at the heart of our business. We specialize in a customized experience to bring the unique floral vision to life for your ocassion.
Flower Boys offers free consultations and creates custom proposals for each of our couples. We also offer the convenience of options. Whether you’re more hands-on, the DIY workshop allows you and your partner to be involved in every aspect of your floral designs. If you prefer to let the professionals do their thing, a full-service offering entitles you to sit back and know you’ll receive high-quality florals. Lastly, we offer a combination of these services.

Beautiful Florals and Wonderful to Work With!
Flower Boys was wonderful to work with! We worked with Hope Harrod for our wedding in Carmel, and she immediately came in with expert suggestions on flowers, design, and how to work within our budget. She was incredibly patient as I changed the design a couple of times, especially since we had only about a month and a half to plan. Ours was a hybrid Indian and American wedding, and Hope helped us find the perfect balance between colorful Indian wedding florals and the softer, muted look we wanted for the reception. She knew Coxhall Gardens well and guided us on what would complement the naturally beautiful venue. Everything was done with real flowers, which was important to us, and the final result was beautiful. I definitely recommend Flower Boys, and especially Hope!

Beautiful florals!
We decided to use Flower Boys for our wedding florals and couldn't have been happier with our choice. From our first conversation, their team communicated in a straightforward way that made the whole process easy to follow. One of the highlights was getting to participate in their flower workshop where we actually built our own wedding flowers—it was such a special experience that made the day feel even more personal. The final arrangements they created were truly stunning and added so much beauty to our celebration. They were responsive to our questions and kept us updated every step of the way. Fun Experience with Great Florals
FlowerBoysIndy were such a joy to work with. I had the pleasure to work with Emily and she was great at communicating. She had prompt responses and was very helpful. I chose to do the floral workshop and it was a BLAST! I highly recommend. It made the wedding day extra special being able to say that we made the floral arrangements. It helps that the florals were bright and amazing as well.

The absolute best option!!
Flower Boys is so passionate about the art of floral design and it is evident in every step of their process. The workshop was so much fun, the flowers are sooo beautiful and carefully selected, and everything came together more perfectly than we could've imagined. Special shoutout to Emily- she was so kind, helpful, and professional- totally understood my vision and brought it to life with such care and artistry. She never tried to squeeze more money out of us or convince us to buy things we didn't need. She helped us achieve the best flowers in/around our budget. We are so glad we chose Flower Boys!!

Meant to be
Working with Flower Boys was a dream come true. My husband and I wanted a unique experience that got our family involved and created floral decor that was one of a kind. We got that and so much more. Working with Emily was easy and fun. Our initial call to pick out which flower types we would be using was collaborative and imaginative - she understood the vision immediately. When we finally got to come into the shop for our workshop, it was magic. She made my family feel comfortable (she was considerate of an elderly family member and noncreative family members reported having fun!), and made me feel at ease (the day before our wedding!). Emily and I bonded on a million levels - I will forever think of her fondly - but even if we hadn't, I'd still sing Flower Boys' praises!!! And I'll be sending my husband to them for a replica bouquet every anniversary:)
