Co-founded by two creatives with eyes for design and irreverence in their hearts, Party Girl Moon will transform and elevate your space. With bespoke florals, custom illustration and graphic design, thematic tablescapes, and so much more, we infuse style and whimsy into every project we touch. Think of us as the exuberant Creative Directors and Set Decorators of your next event. We can't wait to help your next event bloom!

Our Floral Designer Trevi spent over five years working on an organic farm in NY's Hudson Valley. There she created seasonal bouquets for weekly subscriptions, plus arrangements for upscale local restaurants & the farm's glamping operation, all using flowers she grew in her quarter-acre corner of the garden. The best part of her job, though, was collaborating with brides to design bespoke florals for their weddings at the farm's event space. Now back in her home state of California, Trevi continues to work with seasonal flowers & still grows some of her own. She specializes in whimsical, garden-inspired floral creations with a touch of edge.

    From our first conversation with Party Girl Moon, we knew we had found the right design team for our styled wedding shoot. They responded to every message quickly and seemed to understand exactly what we were looking for without us having to spell everything out. Beyond the flowers, they handled location scouting, pulled together design pieces from their network, and brought original ideas to the table that made the whole vision come alive. What impressed us most was how easy they made the entire process; they narrowed down options when we felt stuck and collaborated with us every step of the way. The artistic eye and warm energy of the PGM team, paired with their connections to other talented vendors, made our shoot feel special and stress-free. We can't recommend them enough.

    Incredible creative partner!

    Trevi and Nikki were absolutely wonderful to work with! We brought them on for a UNIQLO event where they designed and executed the full tablescape, from the floral arrangements to all of the thoughtful styling details that brought the table together. They completely understood the creative direction and made everything feel beautiful, cohesive, and elevated. They were collaborative, thoughtful, reliable, and made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. Would absolutely recommend them!

    Trevi & PGM are magical!!

    Trevi understood my exact vibe from the jump! I have very specific taste and to be so seen and understood made for a fantastic experience. I wanted something that felt creative, fun, unserious, not fussy and not at all "traditional" while still being absolutely stunning. She NAILED IT! She listened to what I knew I liked (colors, a few specific flowers) and wove that into her expert eye and floral knowledge. Everyone loved our arrangements and I can't recommend enough!

Rather than mockups, we create detailed moodboards based on our conversations and your stated preferences, taking into account the seasonal availability of blooms based on the timing of your special event. These moodboards act as our strict guidelines for creating fully custom floral pieces that exactly suit your personal style, vibe, color palette, and level of whimsy.
Yes, we offer breakdown services when necessary, along with delivery, set up, and flower transfer from the ceremony to the reception.
During your consultation, we will go over all the gorgeous floral offerings that should be in-season at the time of your wedding date. We love supporting local growers and regional flowers and greenery - and even grow some ourselves!
Yes! Party Girl Moon is a boutique design studio. For an additional cost we offer tablescaping services including custom menu and place card illustration and design, custom hand-illustrated tablecloths and runners, candle and hurricane rentals, and more. Get in touch to see our full list.
It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do. For example: Have you selected the location for your ceremony and/or reception? What’s your wedding style? Do you know how many guests you’ll be expecting? We'd love to hear from you at least a couple of months prior to your big day.
We offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services anywhere between Los Angeles and San Diego. We have a $1,500 minimum for floral delivery (and a $1,000 minimum for breakdown and pickup, depending on the size of your event). Since many weddings require a professional set up, we also charge a separate fee for event installation.
Sorry, we do not offer flower preservation as this time.
Consultations last approximately 1 hour but can take up to 2 for larger weddings. Please come prepared with details about your wedding like your budget and style, as well as any inspiration you have for your wedding flowers. This can include images of your venue, photos of your wedding attire, your color palette, examples from social media of floral styles you love, and more. The more info and ideas you provide, the better we can ensure that we make all your floral dreams come true! After your consultation, we'll distill our convo into moodboards and draw up a proposal with prices and email it to you.
