The Flower Spot is a small floral studio in Richmond, Maine, owned and designed by Anne Clark. We work from the ground floor of a circa-1854 house on the Kennebec River — the same house that hosts intimate weddings out back. Anne designs every wedding herself. No account manager, no template package menu, no upsell script. You tell her what you love — a color, a photo, your grandmother's garden — and she builds outward from there. Bouquets, boutonnieres, ceremony arches, aisle florals, centerpieces, cake flowers, and installations. Whether it's one bouquet or every table in the room, the care is exactly the same.

We start with a conversation, not a quote. Anne walks you through what's in season for your date, what your budget really buys, and where to spend it for the greatest impact. Then you get a written proposal — every arrangement listed, every price named. Nothing is booked until it feels right. We work with Maine's seasons: peonies in June, dahlias through late summer, evergreen when the weather turns. We take a limited number of weddings each season, so every couple gets real attention: Anne's phone number, straight answers, someone who remembers your date without looking it up. Called last minute to order flowers and they accepted the order rite away . And had them delivered same day . Fast ,very friendly and very nice to deal with . They even took the time out to send a picture of the arrangement. Top notch service. Will definitely be using them again
