Gorgeous hair and makeup!

Jess (hair) and Julie (makeup) from The Makeup Truck were an absolute dream. I did a trial with them beforehand, and they were so helpful in figuring out exactly what I wanted. On the wedding day, they showed up on time and set themselves up without needing any direction from me, which made the morning so much less stressful. They got through the entire wedding party and me efficiently, so we stayed on schedule. My hair and makeup stayed impressively perfect all day long. They followed through on the things that mattered most to me, like breathable makeup and a little ponytail at the base of my neck to keep me cool. They also gave each person a touchup kit for the day, which came in handy multiple times. On top of all that, they were just really fun people to have around. I’ve been in other weddings where it can feel awkward to have two people outside the bridal party hanging out, but they joined right in on the conversation and were a delight. Highly recommend!
