At Wed By Norm, I design wedding ceremonies that feel powerful, personal, and unforgettable. I’m Norman I. Graham, a professional wedding officiant trusted by couples across NY, NJ, CT, PA, RI, and destination locations who want their ceremony to be the moment everyone remembers. My signature strength is transforming your love story into a ceremony that feels authentic, intentional, and emotionally resonant for both you and the people who came to celebrate you. My role is to listen carefully, understand what matters most to you, and craft a ceremony that reflects your values, culture, humor, and connection.

My process is clear, collaborative, and thoughtfully structured. I design a personalized ceremony script, guide you through meaningful elements you may want to include, and coordinate closely with planners and vendors to ensure your ceremony unfolds with grace and intention. When needed, I also lead rehearsals so that everyone feels comfortable, prepared, and present for the moment that matters most. For couples who want to strengthen their partnership beyond the wedding day, I also offer premarital and post-marital coaching.

Great Officiating!!!
We couldn't have asked for a better officiant than Norm. From our first conversation, his communication was straightforward and he really listened to what we wanted for our ceremony. Norm took the time to learn our story and wove it throughout the entire service, making everything feel deeply personal and meaningful to us. He was incredibly supportive throughout the planning process and went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed leading up to the big day. A Planner’s Dream Officiant
Norm! Thank you so much for assisting in making sure that Bryana and Wayland had a beautifully stress free day. As a planner, I was grateful that Norm was communicative before the wedding and was knowledgeable of the timeline. During the day, he touched base to make sure we were always on the same page. Norman was a joy to watch! As an officiant, he knew when to spark joy with laughter or when to get serious and shed tears. You could tell he had a connection with the couple, and met with them to discuss what they valued on their important day. He stood their and spoke from his heart, it did not sound rehearsed or forced! As a friend of the bride, it was so impactful to see someone who lead their ceremony with ease. Amazing Wedding Officiant!!
I’ve known Norman (and the newlyweds) for years, and watching him lead the ceremony was truly amazing. I had the pleasure of being a bridesmaid, and they honestly couldn’t have picked a better officiant! He made everything feel so warm and personal, heartfelt, and even a little fun! He gave us smiles, he gave us laughs, and he perfectly captured the couple’s personalities. Weddings can be hectic and stressful, but he made sure that on the big day they were calm, confident, and completely at ease in front of everyone. It was very natural, very organic, and I loved that. The ceremony flowed beautifully, and so many of us were smiling, laughing, and even tearing up at the perfect moments. The bridesmaids cried, the groomsmen cried, we all cried. But it was all happy tears, such a beautiful thing to be apart of! We all had such a great time, and you could just tell how much thought and care he put into making their day special. If you want someone who’s professional, warm, and makes the whole experience unforgettable, someone who’s going to reflect on your personalities and your journey as a couple, and someone to really move and make your guests feel that love in the atmosphere, Norman is the man to call! You surely won’t regret it.
