    Great photographer

    From our first conversation, we knew Fresca V Photography was the right fit for us. Fresca was direct and consistent in her communication, checking in with us and coordinating with our wedding party to make sure everyone understood the plan for our non-traditional ceremony. She created a custom schedule tailored to our day and requests, then went beyond that by scouting fresh locations on the spot to give us even more options for photos. Her creative eye really shines through in our images—they feel warm and capture the moments that matter most to us. Working with Fresca was genuinely fun, and the final photos are ones we'll treasure forever.     We were really unimpressed by Fresca. Our initial interaction via email was great. She seemed excited and quickly responded to my emails. The day of our wedding was totally different. She didn’t introduce herself to us at all and seemed very unhappy to be there. She didn’t seem to be taking very many photos so my husband went out of his way to ask her to take more photos during the reception. Once she gave us our whole gallery she gave us less photos than she had promised and a portion where just black and white repeats. Her contracted stated 14 days until a sneak peak. We didn’t receive our sneak peak until I emailed her, a month later. 20+ days after I emailed her she finally sent them over. So almost two months from the wedding date we finally got a sneak peak. I emailed her once the contracted three months was complete for the full gallery. A week went by and no reply. I texted her. No reply. Again delay in receiving the whole gallery. If there hadn’t been constant delays and we received the photo amount promised I would have no complaints.

    Hi Abigail, I’m genuinely sorry that your overall experience with me did not meet your expectations. There are parts of your feedback that I absolutely take responsibility for. Your gallery was delivered later than it should have been, and although there were email and gallery server issues during that period, I understand that those issues were mine to manage—not yours. I also told you prior to booking that you could expect a minimum of 200 photographs, and your final gallery fell short of that number. I should have communicated that expectation differently from the beginning, and I take responsibility for that as well. I do want to clarify the communication timeline, as I don’t feel the review fully reflects our correspondence. When I became aware that gallery emails had failed to reach multiple clients, I contacted you on May 12 to let you know I was resending your sneak peeks. When you contacted me on June 27 regarding your full gallery, I responded on June 29 with an update. We continued communicating while I worked through the gallery delivery issues, and your completed gallery was successfully delivered in July. Regarding my demeanor and our interaction on the wedding day, I’m sorry to hear that I came across as unhappy to be there, because that genuinely wasn’t how I felt. I was happy to photograph your wedding, enjoyed chatting with your family and friends throughout the evening when appropriate, and genuinely felt it was a beautiful day. My contracted coverage began shortly before the ceremony, and when I arrived, you were both staying out of sight from guests prior to the ceremony. Because of that timing, there wasn’t an appropriate opportunity for me to come introduce myself to you both before the ceremony began. I’m disappointed that my demeanor or the circumstances surrounding my arrival left you with a different impression of how I felt about being there. I’ve taken your feedback seriously and have since made changes to how I communicate image expectations and manage my delivery process. I truly wish you both the best.

    I won a giveaway photoshoot with Fresca! She was so communicative and soo easy to work with! It was hard finding a time that worked either everyone’s schedule but she made it work! She told us how to pose and what to wear! We were super comfortable and the pictures turned out amazing. She even got them edited in time for me to post them for our 5 year anniversary! 10/10 recommend booking a photoshoot with her!!

Typically, couples book me about 12 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible.
You can expect about 50 to 75 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In my years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
