Choosing a photographer to capture one of the most intimate days of you and your partner’s lives is no small feat. I'm here to loudly love on ALL my couples. These are images you’ll hold onto forever and pass down for generations to come, so trust is essential. With two decades of travel experience, I’m not only comfortable navigating the intricacies of international travel but also thrive on the excitement of exploring new destinations. Whether you choose to elope with only the mountains as your witness, or have the big white wedding of your dreams, I can’t wait to celebrate your love.

Julia was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding day. From the moment we first spoke with Julia, her communication style was clear, fun, and energetic - she made the entire process so exciting. The quality of her work is truly beautiful, detail-oriented, creative, timeless, and colorful. Julia went above and beyond to contribute to our special day, even flying to Denver to help plan and shoot the proposal for my fiancée and I. She communicated clearly, made every moment so special, and helped us find the perfect proposal spot. We've used her incredible photos for our invitations, wedding website, and have them framed at home. Julia is an incredible photographer who we cannot recommend highly enough.

We’re Hunter and Lindsey Wickert— a husband-and-wife photography team based in Vancouver, Washington, serving couples across the Pacific Northwest. Our goal is simple: create photographs that feel like your memories. From the shoreline near Haystack Rock in Cannon Beach to snowy trails at the base of Mount St. Helens, forest aisles, and golden fall family sessions, we chase real moments, movement, and connection. We want you to look back and feel it all again— the nerves, the joy, the laughter, and the quiet in-between. Artful, natural, and deeply personal— your story, exactly as it unfolded.

Awarded Best of Zola
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Lindsey and Hunter Wickert of The Wickerts' Photography for our wedding, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the experience and the stunning photos they captured. The quality of their work is outstanding. Our photos are vibrant, emotive, and beautifully composed, perfectly encapsulating the joy and love of our special day. Moreover, their professionalism was evident throughout the entire process. They were punctual, responsive, and attentive to our needs and preferences. Baileaves Photography

Hi! My name is Bailey and I am the owner of Baileaves Photography. I am a travel and destination wedding photographer based in Portland, Oregon. I travel all over the world to create timeless cinematic images of couples.

Awarded Best of Zola
I'm going to try to put into words how incredible Bailey was, but honestly, the photos speak for themselves. Let me start with this: we were actually excited for the photos because we knew Bailey was great, but my wife and I are AWKWARD in front of a camera. Like, painfully awkward. So there were still some nerves going in. Bailey put those to rest almost immediately and turned the photo shoot into one of my favorite parts of the entire day, second only to actually marrying my wife. She has this way of making you forget the camera is even there. Within minutes we were laughing and just being ourselves, and it shows in every single shot. The amount of prep work she put in blew me away. She scouted locations ahead of time, knew exactly where the light would be at what hour, and had already figured out where we should stand before we even got there. Nothing was left to chance. You could tell she'd thought through every detail long before the wedding day, and it made everything feel effortless on our end. We just showed up and she handled the rest. But here's the thing that says it all: multiple friends came up to us during the reception asking how long we'd known Bailey and if she was a close friend of ours. She was working. That's just how warm and genuinely fun she is to be around. By the end of the night, it really did feel like we'd known her for years. And the photos. They're so natural, so us, and somehow better than anything we could have imagined. Our friends have been raving about them nonstop, showing them to their fiancées, wives, even their moms. We've already had people asking for her info. If you want a photographer with serious talent who also makes the whole experience genuinely fun, Bailey is it. We couldn't be happier.

My approach is relaxed, low-pressure, and focused on helping you actually enjoy your wedding day instead of feeling like you’re stuck in a photoshoot. I’m there for the happy tears, crooked boutonnières, champagne spills, big hugs, terrible dance moves, and all the little moments that end up meaning the most. Most of my couples don’t want their wedding to feel overly staged or like one long photo shoot. They just want beautiful photos, a fun day with their favorite people, and someone who makes them feel comfortable being themselves - and that’s exactly how I work.

Awarded Best of Zola
Katie is absolutely fantastic. She did an excellent job supporting us through our day. We appreciated her gentle guidance to help us get great-looking and FUN shots of us and our people. She captured the spirit and heart of our day with so many precious candid photos in addition to our specified family/friend shots. She did everything we wanted and nothing we didn’t— what more can you ask for?? Her natural editing style makes her photos timeless to boot. We can’t recommend her enough!

Hey!! I am a native Oregonian that grew up taking film photos with my dad when we would go on road trips! My love and passion for photography has grown since then and I have come to realize my favorite thing about being a photographer are all the relationships and connections I am able to make! I have made some of the best lifelong friends from shooting weddings and families. I always love a crowd and love getting to know the people I work with

Even my photo-hesitant partner had a good time and laughed throughout. We’ve never been so comfortable in front of the camera. Can’t wait to get more photos by Sarah in the future!

Hi, I'm Georgy Shishkin — a wedding and elopement photographer with over 19 years of experience capturing love stories in breathtaking landscapes. Based in Oregon, I photograph weddings across the Pacific Northwest, California, and British Columbia. My background in photojournalism taught me how to anticipate real emotion, while my years in wedding photography taught me how to guide and support couples in front of the camera. I love helping people who’ve never modeled before feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely connected. Every story is personal to me — I’m not just your photographer, I’m your teammate throughout the day.

Georgy didn’t just photograph my husband and me; he managed to capture our guests in the most candid, natural ways. None of the shots felt staged, yet every image tells a beautiful, genuine story. His photos reflect the joy, laughter, and love that filled our day—truly magical. On top of his talent behind the camera, Georgy was an absolute pleasure to work with. His communication was clear and consistent, and his warm personality made everyone feel comfortable and at ease. I am a Portland native through and through! My love for photography rivals only my love of traveling. My interest in photography began at a young age, thanks to my Uncle and 8th grade math teacher. After over 18 years of experience, I have mastered the art of putting my clients at ease and creating an environment for them to be present and most importantly be themselves. I have a deep passion for not only the images I create but for the people I work with. I truly consider it an honor to be a part of someone’s wedding day and the images we create together become reflective memories for the couple, not just snapshots in time.

Awarded Best of Zola
From the moment we first reached out to Photography By Cambrae, we were impressed by their quick replies and friendly communication style. Cambrae was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, providing us with a detailed timeline to ensure our wedding day photos went smoothly. She was patient and creative when trying to capture photos with our sweet dog River, and made the entire photo session fun and relaxed for everyone involved. Cambrae's attention to detail and ability to pose us perfectly resulted in photos that beautifully captured the joy and love of our special day. Hi there! I'm Hannah! I'm an adventurer at heart- I love backpacking and exploring Oregon. I'm one of the rare people that is actually from Bend - but I started my photography career in New York City capturing events for Central Park. I met my husband, convinced him we were Oregonians at heart and moved back! My philosophy for photography is that when you look at your photos a few week after your wedding you think not only about how amazing you look- but how natural & wonderful you felt. How many moments were captured that you never even realized. That you cannot wait to frame them & put them on your walls!

Awarded Best of Zola
We can’t say enough wonderful things about Hannah, not only does she take fantastic photos, but she is professional, knowledgeable, kind, fun, prepared, helpful, plus she works well with family and friends, dogs, kids, and all other vendors. She had sneak peaks turned around to us in about a week and all 1300 photos from our multi-day wedding back to us within a month. If you are looking for a great wedding photographer, engagement photographer, or family photographer, you should definitely consider Hannah!

Hi friend!! I'm Karmen. I believe love deserves to be documented with intention, honesty, and care. The kind that feels cinematic but real. Elevated but effortless. I believe your wedding day should feel like you, not a production performed for the camera. The most meaningful images live in the in between. Quiet nerves before the ceremony, hands finding each other without thinking, laughter that spills out when the timeline pauses. Your photos are never about perfection. They are about presence. Thoughtfully guided when needed, and quietly observed when the moment belongs to you.

Awarded Best of Zola
Having Karmen shoot our engagement photos was a wonderful experience. She has excellent communication skills and was very easy to work with. She really cares about her clients and takes the time and effort to give them the best experience possible. Karmen had several recommendations on locations we could shoot at, and I am so happy with the place we decided on. My fiancé and I love her photos and they are so special to us. I will absolutely be booking with her in the future as well as hiring her to shoot my wedding- thank you so much Karmen!

I’m Jackie—traveler at heart, ocean-obsessed, and currently DIY-ing a little house by the sea (paint in my hair is pretty common). I’ve been in a long-distance relationship with a Canadian for 13 years, which has taught me a lot about communication, patience, and showing up with intention. I prioritize presence in the everyday sense of slowing down and being where my feet are. I’m always chasing a life that feels grounded, intentional, and fully lived. And I seek that same vibe in the work I create with you!

We can't say enough great things about Jackie!! She was so helpful throughout our elopement planning and checked in frequently. On the day of, she brought such a calm, positive energy. She made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera, captured every meaningful detail, and somehow balanced being both a fun presence and a quiet observer for the most intimate moments. The photos are absolutely stunning and perfectly reflect the emotion and beauty of the day. We're so grateful for her talent and warmth!

Emmah was my photography for our wedding and she was absolutely amazing. Each one of my family members and guests raved about her, saying she was so nice while also being efficient at moving them along. Emmah hit every single one of my shot lists and matched the Pinterest boards I shared with her. She is so creative and took photos that captured the emotion of the night. I loved seeing the shots I liked as examples plus her creative side capturing even more than I couldn’t ever expected. My favorite thing about having her at my wedding was it felt like she was a fly on the wall, so many photos surprised me because I didn’t even know she was there in the moment and capturing special moments between me and my family. My name is Nadia. I specialize in elopements + adventure weddings in the Pacific Northwest. I help people have the wedding of their dreams in magical outdoor spaces. When you choose to elope, you’re choosing to get married free of society’s wedding day expectations. So go wild! Spend the entire day in your favorite place, with your favorite person. Wear a fancy outfit, or wear your hiking boots. Invite your dog instead of your mom’s second cousin. Share your first kiss under the stars instead of under an altar. In the great outdoors, you write the wedding rules. And I’m here to help make it an experience you’ll remember for a lifetime.

Awarded Best of Zola
When we began looking for a photographer for our micro-wedding, we gravitated towards Nadia’s images over and over again. Not only did they capture raw, intimate moments between couples and families, but they elevated those moments in elegant and natural landscapes of the PNW; everything we wanted. We reached out and set up a consultation call immediately. We were initially nervous and felt very unprepared to speak with photographers because we had zero ideas for what our special day would look like, but after our call with Nadia we were confident that Venture Ever After was the right choice for us. She was so knowledgeable and did a TON of legwork planning our timeline to best capture the moments we wanted in the lighting we needed, recommending a variety of locations for some private moments as a couple and group activities with our family, and keeping us grounded and calm throughout the entire process. On our wedding day, Nadia took the reigns and gently guided us through the day with compassion and grace. She constantly reminded us that each moment was for us and encouraged us to revel in all of the details. She even conquered some pretty crazy heights armed with multiple cameras and a walky-talky to capture some dramatic and beautiful couple’s portraits. Beyond being an incredible photographer, Nadia is one of the most genuine and kind people I’ve met. She has a knack for keeping elopement/wedding day energy light and helping her clients feel natural in front of the camera. My partner and I truly felt like models. I feel so blessed to have our wedding photographed by her and, above all, be able to call her a friend. I would recommend Nadia at Venture Ever After to everyone planning an elopement, wedding, or adventure in the PNW. In fact, I hope to be able to visit her and capture anniversaries and momentous occasions for our family long into the future.

I am a firm believer that friendship comes from learning the weird and quirky about a person, and still wanting to hang out with them after. And, since you will literally spend more time with your photographer than most anyone else on your wedding day, I want to be friends. We NEED to be friends. Like, I’ll-probably-end-up-holding-your-dress-up-while-you-pee type friends. That’s practically BFF status. I’m not only in the business of capturing your epically rad and emotional moments, I am also in the business of making lasting friendships, both of which I’m really awesome at.

Dionne goes the extra mile to make stellar photographs. She is so kind and easy to work with. Her response time is fast and her photos are so crisp and professionally executed. I would highly recommend Dionne for any photography needs.

Definitely one of the best decisions I made for our wedding. We had Ann Marie do our engagement photos and we loved her from the start and loved how they came out. We were devastated when we found out she was already booked for our wedding date, but she got us set up with one of her associates Elena at a discounted rate. Even though she wasn't going to be there on our big day she still put in so much effort to help us decide the timeline and the shot list. She kept in contact with us the whole time and really made us feel confident about the big day. She will still be doing the editing in her style and we are absolutely thrilled with the sneak peek shots we've gotten so far! She even threw in an extra photographer for us for free which was incredibly kind of her, although unfortunately that photographer was sick on the day of the wedding so we still ended up with just one. But Elena was great and made us feel totally at ease and got every shot on the list. She kept everything running on time despite the timeline having been created for two photographers. Ann Marie and Elena were a dream team to work with and I can't say enough good things about them.

Howdy! I am Daphne, your new best friend. I capture weddings across Oregon, Oahu, along the West Coast, and dream of destination weddings. I’ve had a camera in my hand as long as I’ve known how to speak. Capturing love stories is an absolute dream job that I am so thankful for. I've met some of the most amazing couples. I create radiant, true-to-life imagery that feels elevated, clean, and warm. There’s nothing I love more than a sunny day and an iced cardamom latte. When I am not shooting, I am visiting as many countries as I can. I keep Christ at the center of my business, honoring Him with the talents I have been gifted with.

Daphne was an absolute blessing the day of our wedding. She went above and beyond taking our golden hour photos - literally putting herself in harms way by getting tons of stickers in her to take the shots! Those photos are more breathtaking than I could have imagined. A true work of art!! She was so kind and calming throughout the day of our wedding, from my time of getting ready to dancing at the reception with us, she was a joy to work with!

Congrats on your upcoming wedding! I love capturing the authentic emotions and natural moments that unfold during a wedding. I have been photographing weddings for 5 years now and feel so blessed every time a couples hires me, it’s such an honor! I come in as your photographer but I always feel like family when I leave. You can count on me to be your biggest cheerleader during this process and to beautifully document your day so you can relive these memories for the rest of your lives. I can't wait to work with you!

Holly was one of the last vendors that we booked for our wedding and she was worth the wait! She was easy to work with, made us and our guests feel comfortable, and the pictures turned out beautifully. She guided us through the planning process, suggesting things we hadn't considered, and it made the day of the wedding very easy.
