While I respect every client’s right to discuss their experience, I believe important context is missing from this review and would like to clarify the record for prospective clients. JR Media Solutions photographed your wedding and delivered a completed gallery containing well over 368 edited images. Following delivery, images from the gallery were also shared publicly on social media, JR Media Solutions was tagged, and positive feedback was expressed regarding the photographs. I appreciate that the images were enjoyed and shared, which is why I believe it is important to distinguish concerns regarding a small number of specific edits from the overall wedding gallery that was delivered. I have acknowledged that delivery and communication took longer than anticipated. During this period, I experienced significant computer hardware issues that affected my ability to access and complete portions of my workflow. This was an unexpected technical issue, not an abandonment of your wedding or refusal to provide the contracted photography services. Regarding the specific editing concerns raised afterward, I acknowledged them. However, the signed agreement does not provide for unlimited revisions or require the delivery of RAW/unedited files. The subsequent request for original unedited files was therefore outside the contracted deliverables and should not be represented as something that remained contractually owed. There were also circumstances on the wedding day, including the event running approximately one hour behind schedule, that required adjustments while I continued providing coverage. I take responsibility for the fact that communication could have been faster while I was dealing with the equipment failure. At the same time, I respectfully disagree with a characterization that suggests the photography service itself was not provided or that the delivered work was broadly unacceptable. The wedding was photographed, hundreds of edited images were delivered, and photographs from that gallery were subsequently used and positively shared publicly. JR Media Solutions takes both its contractual obligations and its reputation seriously. I wish you both the best and stand behind the work that was provided.
