Hi!!! Again I’m so glad you’re here. So when I’m not shooting what am I doing with my time? Being from southern california, I spend A LOT of time at the beach, beach bum for life. I have crazy love for road trips, traveling, camping, hiking, adventuring to Catalina Island (my second home) I’m kind of an adrenaline junkie, want to bungee jumping or skydiving? Lets go! Korean bbq and sushi are the way to my heart, I’m not kidding I can probably eat it every day. I have an amazing partner, Curtis, and we’re expecting our bundle of joy June 2022 & last but not least we have our boy blue! The cutest golden retriever ever.

I absolutely love capturing people’s love stories and I am so grateful to be able to do so. I have a photojournalistic approach, I want to tell your full story from start to finish. I can’t wait to meet all of you.

    As a photographer myself, my standards are pretty high for who I would choose to photograph my own wedding. After shooting with Kat for several years, I can confidently say I would absolutely entrust my own wedding day and special family moments to her!!! Not only is she an amazing artist, she is professional, reliable, and one of the kindest people in the industry!

    Katheryn is amazing and we feel so lucky we were able to have her shoot our wedding! She is caring, sweet, funny, and the ultimate hype woman. I knew taking pictures was going to be a challenge for me because I have never liked being in front of a camera, but Katheryn made me feel so comfortable. Our sneak peeks were so amazing we were speechless!! We cannot wait to have her capture other important moments in our life in the future!!

    I don’t always take pictures, but if I do, Katheryn is who I go to! Katheryn is a talented photographer and always knows how to make you feel comfortable on the shoot. She took a Mother’s Day shoot with me and my 8 month old and I’ll always cherish these pictures! ❤️

For weddings: 4-6 weeks Engagements, Proposals, Maternity, Family, Boudoir, Branding: 1 week
I don’t! Reason being is that it won’t portray my true work. It’s not all about me capturing the moment but also how I edit them.
I do offer payment plans. My retainer fees are $800 for weddings to secure your date and the remainder due a month prior of the event. For all other sessions I require a retainer fee of 50% and the rest is due a week prior of your shoot. If you need a certain payment plan don’t hesitate to contact me, we can work something out.
If you need to cancel, the retainer is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule and I’m available on your new date, your retainer will transfer to that date.
Depending on where you’re located, travel expenses can vary. Inquire about my travel packages!
I sure am! I am insured for up to one million in liability.
