Hi! I'm a documentary photographer based between Austin and Terlingua, Texas. Whether you're eloping in the Big Bend, going to the courthouse or hosting a larger event, I'd love to connect with people who appreciate a cinematic documentary approach to capturing their day.

I love sticking to a well thought out plan, pay probably a little too much attention to the details and making your sessions feel truly reflective of your love. I use 35 mm film to compliment the digital gallery, and while I love chasing natural light, I'm always happy to create my own with a flash or two!

    Kaylee is absolutely incredible, and comes with lots of experience to help guide your special day! She has a deep knowledge of how to create beautiful shots, get the lighting just right, and make sure all the small details are just right in order to perfectly capture all the important memories. I'll send you a handful of images within 24 hours of your event and a full gallery later! Weddings and elopements will be delivered within 6 weeks of your event date and portraits will be delivered within 2 weeks. I'm often able to deliver images sooner, it truly just depends on the season of life!
I will personally select and tone every image I deliver in your gallery. I strive to capture you and your loved ones as you are, so basic color correcting and adjusting for style are things I tweak. There will be no heavy use of photoshop including but not limited to airbrushing or adjusting the size of anyone's body or facial features and additional manipulation of any images by a third party is strictly prohibited.
Typically, couples book me at least 10 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, as I love to connect with my clients in person before photographing their weddings! Elopement timeframes are more flexible, however most book at least three months before they plan to tie the knot.
